Would definitely recommend!

We had the best family holiday here! Perfect location, the villa has everything you could possibly need for the whole family. Great pool, comfy lounge, fabulous covered outdoor seating and dining area. 5 mins away from Petita beach, marina, shops, bars & restaurants. Residential area, so is safe and quiet. Lovely, helpful host. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely villa, perfect for families

I booked the villa for a week away with the family and it was exactly what we’d hoped for. The villa itself is a great size and in a perfect location for both the beach and restaurants. I’d highly recommend!

Ca N'estel was perfect for our group of 8 (2 families with teenage children). The host Margalida met us at the property, showed us around and gave us some tips on where to eat etc, she was contactable but left us to our own devices which was great, The 4 bedrooms are all a good size and all have air con units which were definitely needed this week! The outside area is brilliant, better than the pictures show. Plenty of room for everyone to play in the pool or sunbathe and we particularly liked the veranda dining area and seating area to have our breakfast and evening drinks. The location is amazing - several beaches in walking distance, the nearest less than a 5 minute walk (down steps) The villa is in a quiet residential area and its easy to park on the street but within minutes you can be at the harbour or in the centre of Cala D'or with all of the bars, restaurants and shops. There are a couple of big supermarkets within a few minutes drive or Spar shops within 5 minutes walk. We all loved the week we spent here and would highly recommend Ca N'estel.

Homerti were extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly and were super helpful. Magda and Mikel were brilliant hosts. They met us at the property and allowed us to check in early. Gave us local information. The location couldn’t have been in a better location for all amenities and the villa was perfect. Could not fault anything, would definitely go back.

Homerti were very efficient in organising our holiday, responding quickly to all questions

Homerti were very efficient in organising our holiday, responding quickly to all questions. On arrival we were met by the villa owner Margalida who is lovely and very friendly. She showed us around her beautiful home and told us about the local area. We bumped into her and her mother walking back from town and they kindly gave us a bucket full of their homegrown lemons to make lemonade. The villa was spotless, all bedrooms were big and spacious and the villa had a lovely light and airy feel to it, being plenty big enough for a family of six. We enjoyed a BBQ and many lunches at the villa and the kitchen had everything we required. During the day there was plenty of sun and shade at the property with comfortable rattan seating and sun beds around the pool. The villa is extremely well situated being a few minutes walk to the town and Marina where there’s an abundance of restaurants. Highlights were a trip to Cala Mondrago and boat hire to Portocolom. Thanks Margalida for a lovely trip!

Our stay here was amazing from the get-go. Host Margalida allowed us to check in early, and gave us the warmest welcome I could imagine. She offered us a drink on arrival and gave us lots of great recommendations. This attitude continued throughout the week - Margalida and her husband were incredibly responsive to any questions we had, and nothing was too much trouble. The house itself was clean and gorgeous, and walking distance from several beautiful beaches, loads of restaurants and bars, and grocery shops. Couldn’t ask for more!
