Tranquil retreat for two in the Heart Of Rural Mid Wales.
Barn conversion near Pont Robert, North Powys, Wales. Rural retreat for two. Hillview has been converted from a barn to provide very spacious and contemporary accommodation, nestling in the side of a hill overlooking a valley. Hillview is well equipped with everything that you would need for your perfect holiday. Plenty of parking. The accommodation is arranged over two floors. The living area has an Aga wood burner to keep you warm and cosy in winter and radiators in each room supplied by an oil combi boiler. In the summer triple bi-folding doors open onto a large decking area to take full advantage of the wonderful views across the hills. The kitchen has integrated appliances, painted cupboards topped with Granite. An Oak staircase off the living area leads to a very spacious and light bedroom, the focal point being a roll top free standing bath where you can enjoy a glass of wine and look out at the views. Off the bedroom is an en-suite shower. Also upstairs is another sitting area with TV/ DVD. Hillview is furnished with bespoke and unique furniture throughout creating an individual property for the discerning traveller that appreciates something a little different.
Hillview is situated on a smallholding with animals and surrounding gardens. An ideal place to relax, unwind or go for walks. Spend the nights star gazing as there is no light pollution, or watching the wildlife such as Bats, Badgers, Red Kites and other wildlife. There is plenty of information and maps to introduce you to this quiet corner of Wales.
