Modern two bedroom and two bathrooms front line to the Mediterranean.



CURRENTLY, THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW BUILDING IS TAKIING PLACE IN THE AREA, WHICH MAY LEAD TO NOISE DURING WORKING HOURS AND WEEKDAYS.



The ample living room, facing East, has a dining area, a comfy seating area with a sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two kids), a Smart TV and access onto a lovely terrace with sea views.



The main bedroom has a double bed nad a large window overlooking the sea, the second bedroom has twin beds and its own private terrace and bathroom with walk-in shower, there is a family bathroom with bathtub and an independent fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and galley area with washing machine.



The whole apartment is equipped with aircon units, underfloor heating and high speed internet with fibre optic.



Playa Príncipe is one of the most valued developments in La Manga, because of its location and quality, and has a lovely front line pool that is normally open from May to October. 2024 open from of May to the 15th of October.



Located very close to the Tomás Maestre Marina, an area full of bars, restaurants, shops and a big Supermarket (Supercor) next to who a streetmarket takes place every Saturday morning.



Less than 5 minutes walking distance there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and footbal courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...



Enjoy the unique white sand beach located right in front of the development!



A flexible rate es available for a 10% supplement, free cancellation up to 5 days prior arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. Pets are not allowed in this property.

Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.

Magnífica ubicación frente a la Isla Grosa, ideal para 4 personas con opción a 2 visitantes ocasiona

Apenas hemos utilizado el aire acondicionado pues suele correr la brisa abriendo las puertas de las terraza. Poder realizar todas las comidas mirando al Mediterráneo es un lujo y estar en primera línea de playa también. Esperamos volver una 3ª vez aunque este año hemos tenido la rotura de una tubería a unos 700 metros que ha ensuciado la zona de baño por las tardes durante la última semana. Sugiero que las camas individuales sean de 105x190 cm y que se revise el mobiliario para subsanar posibles desperfectos al final de cada estancia. Deberían esmerarse más en la limpieza de los armarios de cocina y de las persianas. Por último creo que en septiembre debería tener el mismo descuento que en julio.
