We just finished a full re-vamp of the property including new roof, all new flooring, painting, updated bathroom, new decor and games. All pictures are up to date and accurate.
Sit back and relax during your stay while enjoying the beautiful nature scenes from the hot tub. Our home boasts 1 bedroom, featuring a queen size bed, fully stocked kitchen, Smart TV to access all your favorite apps, Wifi, air conditioning, propane grill, fire pit and so much more! Bring your canoe, kayak or small fishing boat as the West River boat launch is just across the street and offers some of the best fishing and recreation in the area. Minutes from the Village of Naples, Canandaigua Lake, Finger Lakes Wineries, and Hi Tor Recreational Area for outdoor fun.

Place was fantastic, just what my wife and I needed. Very quiet. We got to relax and disconnect from life for a couple nights. The view out the front windows was so nice in December. Would highly recommend. And hope to be back.

It should be noted somewhere before you book this place that 4 wheel drive is needed in winter months! I booked the night before I went so if I cancelled I would get nothing back. Also, being a person that has sensitivity to smells it should be mentioned before booking that the sulfer smell from the water can be smelled throughout the cabin. While it is a cute place I would never stay again nor would I recommend it to others.

Very relaxing stay!We enjoyed the hot tub and had fun w/ the arcade game! The town of Namples was very nice and friendly.To bad we arrived on the off season for fishing, it would have been great to catch some fish!

The house looked just like the picture. Its a cute cottage that was perfect for my husband, myself and our dog. We had a family gathering in Naples and it was the perfect location for the event as well as enjoying downtown.

The cottage is cozy and affordable. The host(s) are extremely approachable and available for questions. We will definitely be going there again next season. It will be our 4th trip. I am disappointed that none of my previous high scores on the arcade cabinet saved. I was very proud of my Zaxxon & Donkey Kong 2 achievements. :)BK

I absolutely loved the cottage with a feel of being surrounded by woods on top of a hill, and, being in nature! The hot tub was wonderful! Nature Getaway location is great with Naples close by with Wineries there, and Canandaigua Lake, Sonnenberg Gardens are about 30 minutes away. There is so much to do! Highly recommend this cottage! I will definitely return!

Beautiful and peaceful place for a getaway. Hot tub was nice, clean, and comfortable. Outside areas could have been a bit cleaner; front porch wasn't swept or cleaned, and the area around the hot tub was also in need of some tidying. Overall, the house was comfortable and clean inside. We loved the picture windows, and the view of the trees changing color outside them. The arcade games were fun! There are nearby restaurants wineries, and shops in Naples. And many more, if you drive a bit further.

Nice remote location near hiking areas. Host made effort to provide entertainment for guests - board games, video games, puzzles, streaming channels, etc. Cleanliness of property could be improved - spa, cobwebs and leaves all over the porch, broken chair outside, dirty grill, kitchen drawers and utensils. Cleaning products were readily available. Even saying this, we did enjoy our stay.

Great couples get away

Stayed here with my husband and dog for the weekend and it was exactly what we needed. Remote, secluded, hot tub and fire pit were perfect under the stars. Host was communicative and easy. It’s in the woods, so expect bugs but place overall felt clean
