Important à savoir - Brasserie avec terrasse en continu de 8h00 à 23h00 juste au-dessous de la location côté rue, et côté cours un chantier en cours et évacuation sortie de hotte de la brasserie sous la fenêtre de la chambre. Impossible de dormir. Nuisances sonore et olfactive permanentes. Nous avons préféré écourter notre séjour.

Thierry, Merci pour votre retour. Tout d'abord sachez que nous ne maitrisons pas les travaux qui ne sont pas de notre fait et pour lesquels nous ne sommes pas au courant du calendrier. Il est bien précisé dans l'annonce "appartement en plein coeur de ville", si vous ne supportez pas le bruit, il ne faut pas louer en centre ville mais plutôt à la campagne au milieu des vaches mais attentions aux coqs et aux cloches des églises. Une discussion commune plutôt qu'un départ sans explications aurait été plus judicieux afin de trouver ensemble une solution. Tous les précédents locataires qui lisent l'annonce en entier et non pas en diagonale ont été ravi de leur séjour. Cela nous rassure donc dans l'honnêteté de notre annonce. Cordialement

Apparemment bien situé

On a passé une agréable semaine dans ce logement avec ma famille. Apparemment bien situé, vous avez tt à quelques min de marche (centre ville, bar, restaurants, centre commercial pour les courses, boulangerie en bas, Parking juste derrière avec tjrs des places disponibles. A recommander sans hésitation.

Appartement très agréable, tout confort et très bien situé.

Nous avons passés une semaine magnifique dans cette jolie région Vosgienne et dans cette ville de Gérardmer. Pour combler le tout, l'appartement était très agréable, tout confort et extrêmement bien situé au début du Centre ville. Appartement décoré avec beaucoup de gout et un mobilier en parfait état. La literie est excellente (lit électrique). Juste en dessous une boulangerie et une brasserie, et à pas un super-marché. Quoi demander de plus pour des vacances de rêves!!! J'espère pouvoir y retourner, et je le conseillerai si des personnes recherchent sur Gérardmer Mr SPINDLER

Appartement très confortable et bien situé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement agencé avec beaucoup de goût et à proximité des commerces. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue en bas, en voiture à quelques minutes du domaine skiable alpin seulement. A recommander! Propriétaires aimables et discrets.
