JARDINS DE MASSENA AP4088 by RIVIERA HOLIDAY HOMES - January

A spacious apartment in a great location. Beach, Old town, High street etc everything is in a walking distance. Ample shops and bakery around the block. An excellent park on Promenade du Pailin for kids. WhatsApp communications with the management company was very helpful. They brought it up straight away when I asked for a missing chopping board. We’d like to comeback to this place again.

Appartement bien situé et confortable

Arrivés un jour férié , nous avons du nous rendre dans un autre lieu pour récupérer les clés. Autre difficulté : le badge d'accès parking n'était pas joint à la pochette d'accueil, et donc attente pour pouvoir le récupérer ...L'accès au parking se fait par un ascenseur voiture plutôt exigu ..Ensuite l'appartement est spatieux ,plutot bien équipé .Le bowwindow est agréable . Appartement très bien situé , ce qui nous a permis une belle découverte de Nice .Hormis l'arrivée compliquée , nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre escapade niçoise

Superbe Appartement idéalement situé, Prestation de trés bonne qualité

- Appartement conforme aux photos disponibles en ligne, extremement propre et fonctionnel (des placards vides partout, une cuisine entièrement équipée, ...) - emplacement au coeur de Nice à proximité de simplement TOUT, - procédure d'entrée et de sortie facilité par le professionnalisme des personnels de l'agence en charge de la gestion de l'appartement: réponse aux emails dans l'heure, cadeau d'arrivée, explications et réponses à toutes nos questions, chaleur et bonne humeur.

Great location and a brilliant place to stay in such a smart well equipped modern apartment. Arrangements to collect keys from the office was straightforward. Beds comfy. Small spar supermarket around the corner for pastries as well.

The property was very close to the athletes village and the sites we wanted to visit. I enjoyed having a kitchen to prepare meals and a grocery store was just 2 blocks away. One of our friends had a car so the underground parking was fabulous.. once the car was parked, though, it was not used again until we left. Admittedly, I had no idea they had elevators for cars!! I thought the AC could have been been cooler as it still felt warm/ muggy in the apartment. We did call and it was addressed. The outside temps were lower the next days and I think that helped it feel cooler inside. We also appreciated the washer! We would definitely stay here again.

Neige, pluie et froid. Dommage pour la côte d'azur.

Très bel appartement et agréable . Par contre le four etait tres sale. Très bien situé au centre de la ville. Pour les prochains locataires, il serait bien de prévenir que pour descendre la voiture au garage un ascenseur est prevu .
