We had an amazing stay at this property. We were met outside by Didier, who was a very friendly and welcoming, he let us in, and showed us around. The apartment is lovely, very clean, really well equipped, two balconies, a washing machine, air conditioning, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and it’s in a great location. Close to lots of restaurants and shops, the seafront, the central train station and the trams. Communication with the host is excellent. We had a problem one day with the shower and it was rectified the same day. We couldn’t fault anything and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Nice.

We stayed at Jackie's apartment for 3 weeks and absolutely loved it! Communication with Jackie and Tina was great. The location of the apartment was perfection! You can walk to the bakery, market, restaurants, the tram, the waterfront, etc. Everything is at your fingertips. Since it was our first time in Nice, we had a hard time deciding which area to stay in. We're so happy with our choice! The area is fantastic, but Jackie's apartment made it perfect. The balcony overlooking the pedestrian street was so nice to sit out on with a glass of wine after being out all day. The bed was comfortable and the black out shutters were great. The bedrooms are on the back side and very quiet. The TV is smart TV so you can enjoy your Netflix, etc. It also has local French cable tv. The kitchen has everything you'd need and more. We loved our stay in this apartment and have already reached out to stay again. We definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful apartment in a terrific location. Stores, food, transit, and the Promenade were steps away. We stayed 2 weeks and truly could not have been happier with this as a base of operations allowing easy day trips throughout the Côté d’Azur.

We've just returned home from a lovely stay in Nice. The property was as advertised. It's one of the cleanest properties we've stayed at and the location is ideal not matter what your plans are. There is a great patisserie across the pedestrian only street, along with a small grocery store and a liquor store. The different trams are both an easy walk away. We didn't cook but the kitchen was pretty well equiped if you wanted to. Make sure to check out the streets just north of the property for better shopping and restaurants than the ones on the main pedestrian street. Wish we had done this sooner than we did. The host was always prompt at answering any questions. We didn't have many as her instructions were excellent. If we are ever in Nice again, we would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful apartment!

This was our second visit to this property, it is a lovely, very spacious and modern apartment, in a secure building. The location is great, on a pedestrian street, with many restaurants and shops close by. It is also very close to the beach and public transportation, we enjoyed every minute of our stay there. We highly recommend this vacation property!
