This is a charming apartment with a private roof terrace and balcony within the large urbanisation Villa Martin, and is located in the beautiful and quiet residential area of Pinada Golf II. 10 mins drive to the best beaches on the Costa Blanca, walking distance to the golf course "Campo de Golf Villamartin", and VillaMartin Plaza where you can find numerous bars and restaurants.
The apartment has just been completely renovated. It features a living / dining room, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils, one double bedroom with double bed, one double bedroom with two single beds, utility room with washing machine. There is a sofa bed in the living room to allow a total of 6 people to sleep comfortably. Villamartin

We both decided to choose this property upon the location and the nearby amenities. The property was as exactly as shown in the photos and was exactly what we needed. We found that it was close to a broad range of bars and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property and would be more than happy to stay here again.

Lovely apartment with great views

Great location, have access to a community swimming pool... clean spacious and with AC...host Albert was very polite and accommodating.. would stay again Only down side was the stairs, after a long day they were not needed...we had a elderly relative that did struggle... but the views were amaxing

Great Base for Exploring

We stayed for 6 weeks from 2 October, with a view to exploring the area. Rita met us at the apartment and was very welcoming. We had no problems whilst there, so had no further need to contact her during our stay. The apartment was as described and really comfortable. It's an easy 15 minute walk to Villamartin Plaza and about 20 minutes from La Fuente Commercial Centre on the way there and about 25 minutes, mainly uphill, on the way back. The nearest beaches, of which there are many, are about 10 minutes away by car. We will definitely be returning to Villamartin.

Appartement confortable et lumineux

Le logement correspond tout à fait aux descriptions de l'annonce. Le grand balcon, côté rue et orientée vers le nord ouest, est très agréable pour y prendre le petit déjeuner à l'abri de la chaleur du soleil matinal. Sinon il y a également une terrasse sur le toit qui est accessible via la cage d'escalier extérieur. La piscine de la copropriété se trouve à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Elle est bien entretenue et se trouve dans un petit parc tranquille accessible uniquement aux riverains. Le quartier est très calme mais la circulation dans la rue peut occasionner un peu de bruit à certaines heures de la journée. La bonne qualité des matelas et la présence de climatisation dans les chambres nous ont permis de passer des nuits reposantes après les journées d'excursions et de plages. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Orihuela et ses environs. Si l'occasion se présente de revenir dans la même région nous espérons que le logement sera de nouveau disponible à ce moment-là.

Immaculate apartment

We arrived on an early flight to Alicante and knew that we couldn't get into the property until 4pm but Rita allowed us in at 12noon once she had cleaned the property. It was an immaculate, functional, everything you need property. Aircon in every room, comfortable beds and a lovely balcony to watch the sunset. We had access to a large, very well maintained communal pool which never got busy. A 10 minute walk from the popular Villamartin Plaza with plenty of bars and restaurants and an easy drive to the lovely beaches. There were a few restaurants and bars within the location and we particularly liked Pablos Italian. Thank you Rita for allowing us to stay at your property. We had a very relaxing stay.

Enjoyable holiday

Organising trip with Owner Rita was easy and efficient. We had an enjoyable 8 weeks in the apartment. It has a super location, close to many fantastic beaches. You do need a car to get the best from the location ,however there are enough bars and cafes within walking distance. Rita said to make it our home and we certainly did. She did not bother us at all but we knew she was there if we needed her. Being top floor had the advantages of a roof terrace, but many stairs would need to be considered for people with mobility issues. Thank you Rita it was a pleasure David & Honora
