The caravan was on a small well maintained site very quiet. The caravan was loverly inside clean tidy had everything you needed for your stay and we would definitely stay again
Very nice location, Nice communication, found everything what we needed
Landlord was very nice. She rang few days before and explained everything. She sent full address with full description how to get there, it was very helpful. Caravan was at very nice location near filey beach. We spent weekend there as a family. We definitely prefer to go back there in the future
Very pleased with the caravan . Very clean and comfortable on a central camp sight . Easy walk into Filey main centre and also good walks to Filey Brigg . Camp site very quiet but friendly
Late booking for 2 adults for 3 nights 9th June. Small site well maintained in practical location near Filey bus station. First impression old style caravan but on entry we were pleased to find everything clean & tidy. Galley kitchen well stocked plus hot water heater leading to lounge with low comfy fixed seating good heater. If eating all meals in table needs to be moved. Three doors for bedrooms & toilet open onto common space. Bedrooms have fitted cupboards plus drawers but cosy. Bedding clean. Bathroom updated but old style shower cabinet. Booking agent Vrbo & Linda the owner very helpful & available via mobile.
This accommodation is in a great location to explore the local area and idea as so close to the beach.
The caravan had everything we needed and was a comfortable stay but my teenager was missing access to wifi.
We really enjoyed our stay, lovely caravan in a perfect location and couldn't fault our host Linda who welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. We definitely hope to return.
Well equipped caravan, owner,Linda, is lovely. Ideal location, short walk to Filey beach and town, the site is quiet, and only has a toilet/shower block,,

Clean and tidy and cosy
Lovely caravan, clean and cosy. Had all the essential things we needed. Was a lovely weekend stay
Nice quiet site, kids made friends immediatly! Short but steep walk down into filey, fine for us but keep in mind if not totally mobile it might be a bit much!
We really enjoyed our stay at Linda's caravan. Although not a new caravan it provided just what we were looking for, clean, homely and an ideal location on a peaceful site. 15 mins walk from the centre of Filey and the seafront we enjoyed a beach walk to Humanby (5 mile return) worth a visit to the Beach Cafe and 3 mile return to Filey Brigg. If you enjoy a good pint would also recommend the Cobblers Arms. Will definitely visit again. Thankyou Linda
We arrived late due to work commitments, the lock box system made it supper easy. Caravan was lovely and clean and cosy, it was cold when we arrived but the electric fire was really lovely and warm and soon warmed us up. The only thing we needed to provide was our own bed linen and food obviously , everything else was provided and I thought this was a lovely touch. The caravan is with in walking distance to the beach and shops so we didn’t have to use the car at all. A lovely dog friendly caravan. We will be booking again.
Had a great time at Linda's caravan ,everything u could want close to beach and shops but very quiet site just what we wanted ,linda is fab host good let us book in early as trains on strike and had to be dropped of early was no problem for her. caravan is old style wich we love and was fully equipped and cosy made for a fab weekend we will deffo book again next year xxx
Had a perfect short break with my husband & dogs. Lovely beach walks, strolls into town & saw a few bands for the Filey Folk Fest.
Communicated well with Linda the host who was very friendly.
Great location, comfy & had everything we needed.
We’ll be back 😊.

Linda was a fantastic manager with phone call prior to our visit filling us in with lots of information and looking forward to meeting us a genuinely lovely lady our stay was perfect with everything in the caravan we needed Linda bought us the tide times as well. The site was well maintained and perfect access to our daily walks leading to the beach and the town. Our holiday was one to remember with lots of memories and Linda filled us in with every area close by where we could visit if we would like to .. A perfect holiday and a big thankyou to Linda we will definitely be visiting again. Many thanks Sue Dave and Rusty...
Linda was a very nice lady. Site was lovely. Van on arrival smelt musty coating on wall peeling off in bedroom and had to walk sideways round both sides of double bed. Shower not big enough to wash in. Loose boards on decking.

Absolutely atrocious and not as described.
No way on earth this listing matches the description, we must have stayed in a different caravan to previous reviewers! The caravan has not been refurbished recently, other than the floor it shows all of its 30 years. It doesn’t have a new kitchen or shower, it has old damaged cupboards badly painted, sellotaped shut, a grotty, mouldy fibre glass shower tray, stained Ceilings, broken string for light pulls, broken tiles around the windows. Opening the bedroom window to let in air due to smell of smoke & dogs, the arm wasn’t attached, the window is falling out, the blinds cover a piece of rotting wood and when you open the window the metal side of the caravan goes with it, there is a gap between the window and the van you can get your fingers through. They have multiple items plugged into old 4 gang sockets that blew when we put the fire on and stressed out my electrician husband from a safety POV .Our opinion,it is beyond economical repair.Linda admitted It hadn’t been cleaned, everything was filthy from the stained bedding to broken glass under the microwave, filthy rugs, fridge, cooker, dirty old quilts and rubbish strewn under beds.We bleached everything cut short stayed 1 night due to half term nothing available and we were there for my sister in laws memorial. Linda apologised, refunded us and I’m sure she will try and do damage limitation but if you have any standards at all, go elsewhere. My husband says the motorway maintenance caravans are 5*luxury at side of this.
