This house is perfect for a family reunion or another large group - miles of sandy beach lie within walking distance, so you can sunbathe and play in the sand and surf all day, returning to the home for snacks whenever you please. You will find a variety of restaurants and bars near the house as well, all of which offer outstanding water views.

Enter the main open room to find the living, kitchen, and dining areas. Grab a seat on a variety of comfortable furniture to read by natural light or enjoy a pleasant conversation. The middle of the room features an open kitchen with lengthy granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and extras like a blender, mixer, coffeemaker, and a dishwasher for you to make anything you desire and not stress about cleaning up.

Island seating is great for a quick snack or keeping the chef company while the long dining table by the window will fit guests for a family meal.

Outside, a balcony offers fresh air and sunny views of the neighborhood and part of the bay. Head down to the shared pool to cool off in hot summer weather.

Four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a half-bath make this home comfortable for everyone. Two bedrooms each offer a queen bed. Kids will enjoy the bedroom with a twin-over-full captain's bunk bed with a trundle and a cable TV. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a full private bath with a walk-in shower. One Sofa Bed in the living area will sleep the rest of the group.

A private washer/dryer allows for any laundry you need to freshen up, and WiFi is available for your convenience.

Fishing can be found at the public pier just across the bridge on the Isle of Wight, and shopping lies a short drive north at Gold Coast Mall. Nature enthusiasts will enjoy a visit to the Assawoman Wildlife Area, and Assateague Island, where you will find secluded sandy beaches and maybe spot the wild horses roaming around.

THINGS TO KNOW
TEAP (Trespass Enforcement Authorization Program) signs have been installed throughout this community. This provides the Broad Marsh community and Marina extended police protection by authorizing the police department to enforce, at their discretion, trespassing laws, and to enter or remain upon the premises.
The discharge of all fireworks/pyrotechnics, including ground based sparklers sold/allowed in neighboring states/counties is prohibited in the Town of Ocean City. Only small handheld sparklers are permitted to be used with competent, adult supervision.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
