Tolle Lage der FeWo direkt an der Strandpromenade in 2. Reihe, Bäcker, Nahkauf und Restaurants sowie Spielplätze direkt in der Nähe. Die Fewo ist geräumig, es gab aber nur das Nötigste in der Kü je als Ausstattung.
