In the splendid setting of Alassio, the "ESEDRA" Holiday Home has brand new apartments equipped with the best living standards, to give our guests an unforgettable stay. Generous spaces and fine finishes are the characteristics that distinguish us. Air conditioning, wifi, low emission double glazed windows, external insulation, washer dryer, dishwasher, ironing set, 40 "LED TV. Private parking (not included).
This three-room apartment (60sqm) on the first floor consists of a large living area with balcony, double sofa bed, 40 "LED TV console, table for six people and a fully equipped kitchenette equipped with an induction hob, fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, a main bathroom with a 120x80 niche shower and a second bathroom with sink, toilet and washer / dryer. The master bedroom with king size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds.
