Cleaning has always been our #1 priority, We hired the Island's foremost cleaning company when we started renting. We opted for their top service. All surfaces are cleaned with CDC approved disinfectants between each guest. Notice that all the linens & towels are white, we have 2 complete sets so that they can be sent out and professionally sanitized between each guest. Please read the positive reviews we've received from guests, many commenting on cleanliness.
This is our 4th season renting - 2 Bedroom, 2 bath Condo - Partial Gulf View - Short Walk To everything. Enjoy the morning and evening views of the palms & inviting gulf waters from the screened Lanai that flows into a bright spacious living/dining room with a well stocked kitchen and open floor plan with the convenience of in-unit laundry. Many updates & personal touches. New paint, hotel quality linens, pillows, & mattresses. The 2 bedrooms sleep 5 (one Queen and the other full & single) master bedroom has a television, large closets and separate baths. The Grandview Club includes, pool, whirlpool, tennis, shuffleboard, a grill/fire-pit area, and covered parking. Comcast Cable (250+ channels) and high-speed WiFi included. Great condo in a great location, would love to stay again!

The condo was great, the pool and hot tub were nice and never to crowded. Only about a 5 minute Walk to the beach.

Very nice condo, exactly as listed. Great location, public beach access 2 close locations. Beautiful surroundings. Make sure you check out the burrowing owls, very cute. Great communication with host. Would definitely recommend.

1st time Marco Island

WOW. The condo was amazing, clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and had everything one would need. Beach chairs to Bicycles. The complex is very nice,clean and neighbors where friendly. The condo is almost directly in the middle of the two public beach accesses. Walking distance to restaurants, souvenir shops, and convenient stores. The beach is beautiful and clean. The neighborhood is safe.

Very clean and nice condo.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. It is very nice just as described. The property is also well kept. Condo has everything you need for an enjoyable week in Marco Island.

Price

Price was reasonable although we did not expect to have to buy toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent or other items that most don’t plan on purchasing while on vacation. Location good. Beds in smaller room were very uncomfortable. Beach items were very much appreciated. No smoking anywhere on property(not even outside areas) so we did have to walk down the street(kinda inconvenient and a designated smoking area would have been nice but I do understand) Reasons I would choose to stay again are price and location.

Our stay at Marco Island.

We had a great time. The kitchen and owner’s suite were new. The bed was noisy when getting in and out. Time for a new one! The owner is very nice. We love the area and met some nice people. It was noisy at times because all new hurricane windows were put in. We left two days early so the workmen could work without us there. We are going back next year to a different condo in the same building because the one this year had already been taken.

Christmas getaway

We had a GREAT experience staying at Wade’s place. The info he sent us before the stay was thorough and truly one of the best host experiences we’ve had. The condo is in a great location and comes equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay - including beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, bikes, and more. We highly recommend!!

Terrific condo

I enjoyed my stay while there. Mr Smith was so accommodating and worked with us through A/C unit issues. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone. The street was in close walking distance to the beach and the property was beautiful.

Amazing location

My husband and two young children stayed here for 9 days and it was an ideal set up having two bedrooms (3 beds). It was an easy walk to the beach and we were so happy to have the beach cart each day to carry everything. The inside of the condo and the furnishings are a little outdated but everything was extremely clean. The only downfall was the limited space to unpack our belongings. Having stayed for 9 days I like to unpack and feel settled, but we were living out of suitcases the entire time.

Spring break

Nice and clean condo. Easy walk to beach. Condo had tennis/pickle ball equipment and lots of stuff for beach. We used chairs, umbrella, bikes and beach cart everyday. Easy walk to restaurants. Nice pool that was never crowded. Will keep this condo on our short list for return trips.

Marco is perfect, white sand beaches, great restaurants, clean tropical streets, remarkably safe community, without all the traffic of Miami or the rustic quaintness of Key West but with all of the tropical peace and serenity. We knew instantly this was for us. Great for young families, couples, and retirees alike.

We fell in love with this condo because of the bright open floor plan, tile throughout, functional kitchen, extremely well maintained property, beautiful gulf view, pool with clubhouse, covered parking, and short walk to the beach, shopping, and great restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Perfectly located on the south end of Marco Island, just a short walk to the beach, charming shops, movie theater, and a multitude of great restaurants, just feels like the best location on the island.
