All bathrooms feature elegant natural stone and high-end fixtures. Sleeps 12! Trex decking with 4 different deck areas including a back deck off the kitchen with gas grille, a deck off 2 upstairs bedrooms and a 3rd floor roof deck with water views. No expense was spared! Bring everyone in your family and relax at the Shore! Beach badges (6) and cruiser bikes (4) are included for the summer rentals!

Any bookings between May 1 and June 30 shall require the completed information sheet and the rental agreement to be signed and returned by all occupants with photo id/license within 24 hours or the reservation may be subject to cancellation. Also, the refundable damage deposit may be increased to $2,000 at the discretion of the owner. Memorial and Labor Day bookings are 3 night minimums, Friday-Sunday, checking out Monday.
