About this property

Private holiday home with Hot Tub at 2 km from the beach and at Middelburg & Vlissingen!

The cozy holiday home at the back of our garden is the perfect base for people who love the sea & beach, but also like to visit Middelburg & Vlissingen. 'Casa Koudekerke' offers accommodation just 2 kilometers from the coast!

Pay attention! The price is for 2 people. Extra people pay € 15 extra per person and per night!

The cottage has a box bed with a double mattress and a low loft with an extra double bed. Very fun and exciting for children. Too exciting? Then the children can also sleep in the box bed and the parents on the vide. The cottage also has its own entrance, private bathroom, small kitchen, sitting area & private terrace: perfect for people who care about their privacy & tranquility.

The cottage has recently been renovated: the interior is almost completely finished with wood and has a Scandinavian touch. The cottage has a cozy box bed (1.40 m. Mattress for 2 people), a loft (with 2-person sofa bed), a private bathroom (with shower and toilet), kitchenette, small seating area and a dining table. The cottage also has a private terrace with two chairs. And recently a wood-fired hot tub! We naturally provide clean sheets and towels. You can also use our WiFi network for free and the Smart TV (without channels) has Netflix and YouTube.

In the high season (from the end of June to the end of September) and with holidays and public holidays we rent the rooms for a minimum of 3 nights!
As previously written, the price is for 2 people. Extra people pay € 15 extra per person and per night!
In the winter (until March and excluding the holiday weeks) the Hottub has an introductory price of € 30 (including 2 boxes of wood).
If our oma bikes were free at that time, you can rent them from us for € 5 per day.

The holiday home is a stone's throw from the village square of Koudekerke. The village is ideally situated between Middelburg (4 km), Vlissingen (4 km) and the beach (2 km). Within a few minutes you are in the middle of the polder and you have a view of the dunes! The area is perfect for exploring on foot or by bike.
