Urlaub mit Freunden

Wir haben uns für diese Villa entschieden, weil die so frei stand und ein großer Abstand zu den anderen Häusern war. Das heißt man konnte draußen länger bleiben, reden, feiern und auch etwas lauter ohne dass sich die Nachbarn sofort beschwert haben. Der Obstgarten hinterm Haus war auch mega. Die Fahrt zum Strand 15 Minuten. Insgesamt sehr schönes Anwesen, sehr nette Mieter. Ein kleines Problem mit der Spülmaschine wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden erledigt.

Ruhige und entspannte Lage - keine Nachbarn

Zur Ausgangssituation: 6x Erwachsene zwischen 21 - 33 wollten eine Woche in der Sonne, Pool und lauterer Lautstärke den Urlaub vertreiben. Schön wäre es wenn das Haus näher zum Meer wäre, hat uns am Ende nicht gestört. Anfahrt: unkompliziert und gut erreichbar - Haus ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber gut zu erreichen. Aktuell verbringt man in Slowenien an den Grenzen sehr viel Zeit (Hinfahrt ca. 5h, Rückfahrt 1,5h) Anreise war für 16 Uhr vorgesehen, hat sich dann auf 20 Uhr verschoben - war für den Vermieter kein Problem. Kommunikation: sehr gut, auf Fragen wurde innerhalb von Minuten geantwortet. Sehr zufrieden. Haus: gut gepflegt, zum Teil geschmackssache, aber alles vorhanden was man benötigt. 3 Toiletten, nicht unwichtig. Achtung: in den Zimmern sind keine Klimaanlagen, nur im Flur und Wohnzimmer/Küche - alle Innentüren auflassen und die Klima tagsüber laufen lassen. Handtücher und Bettwäsche ist vorhanden. Unser Highlight: der Gemüse und Obstgarten hinten im Garten - Selbstbedienung von Tomaten, Gurken, Paprika, Kohl, Honigmelone, Wassermelone - dementsprechend gab es abends immer frischen Salat. Zadar/Strände: wir haben drei Strände angefahren, zwischen 20-30 Minuten erreichbar. Zadar als Stadt ist am Tag und Abend sehr schön/attraktiv. Meiner Ansicht nach eine Stadt/Umgebung mit Potential. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub, genauso wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben

Gemütliche Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub

Die Unterkunft mit großem Garten und einem angenehm kühlen Pool liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Supermärkte und ein Strand sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit und kümmern sich mit Leidenschaft um den Garten und den Rest des Grundstücks. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können das Haus weiterempfehlen!
