Two beautifully styled bedrooms welcome you upstairs – a light and airy king bedroom with plush bedding, and a twin room perfect for kids or friends. Both offer plenty of storage for all your holiday essentials.

The bathroom is modern, bright and fully equipped with a rainfall shower over the bath, soft fluffy towels and subtle seaside touches – perfect for unwinding after a beach day.

🍽 Dining & Lounging
Relax in the open-plan living space with its large bay window overlooking the nearby pond. Stretch out on the comfy sofas, stream your favourites on the Smart HDTV, or dive into the DVD collection and board games for a proper family night in.

The modern kitchen is fully kitted out for mealtimes made easy: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine with pods on us.

The dining table comfortably seats four—ideal for fish & chip suppers, lazy brunches or a board game showdown.

🎲 Rainy Day? No Problem.
The garage has been transformed into your very own games den! Challenge each other to snooker, darts or table football. And when the sun returns? Grab the beach toys, windbreak and mallet (yes, we’ve thought of everything) and head to the dunes.

Four-legged friends are warmly welcomed (we just ask they stay off the beds!) and families with little ones will find a highchair and travel cot to lighten the packing load.
