Bright apartment for 4 people recently renovated in the natural environment of dunes and pine forests of Santa Catalina beach, in the El Ancla urbanization of El Puerto de Santa Maria, 180 meters from the beach. Residential very quiet and totally surrounded by green areas among pine forests.
The bright house has 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, kitchen open to the living room fully equipped and furnished. Smart tv, with Wifi, air conditioning and 1 small terrace.
The private complex consists of large garden areas with 3 swimming pools and private parking area and just opposite it has a shopping center with pubs, shops, bars and restaurants.

Un très bon séjour

Nous avons passés une semaine dans cet appartement qui est magnifique la proximité avec la plage en moins de 5 minutes vous êtes arrivés à la plage 🏖 également à 5 minutes en voiture vous avez des commerces. L’appartement est magnifique juste quelque petite commodité aurait été appréciés comme du sel poivre produit ménager sac poubelle et pastille pour le lave vaisselle. Sinon tout est parfait cela reste que quelque détails nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir il fait bon vivre idéal pour du repos sauf quand les jardiniers arrivent tôt le matin 🤪 la résidence est très bien entretenue les maîtres nageurs sont sympa la piscine est au top 🥰😍

También se te proporciono un trastero con llave para tus bicicletas gratuitamente pero tus múltiples exigencias y necesidades están relacionadas con tus problemas personales que nada tienen que ver con nuestra propiedad. Bien ubicado con respecto al acceso a la playa de las redes. Cómodo apartamento. La cama principal quizás un poco pequeña pero el piso en general está muy bien.

We chose this apartment because it was close to a beach and it looked like it would be in a peaceful area. It really was very peaceful and the beach is just a few minutes walk away. The apartment was easy to find, had everything we needed for our week there, and was a good base for exploring this part of Spain. Francisco made sure that check-in and check-out we’re both very efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung inkl. Klimaanlage, sehr netter Vermieter, 10 min zu Fuß bis zum Strand, Tapas Bar und kleiner Lebensmittelladen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Doppelbett ist etwas schmal.

Tolles Appartment, tolle Lage

Wir waren zu viert im Appartment und hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert, liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an Nichts! Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und man kann von dort aus mit dem Auto tolle Ausflüge machen! Francisco und seine Frau sind sehr nett und haben bei Problemen stets sofort gehandelt! Wir hatten eine tolle entspannte Zeit und würden sehr gerne noch einmal wiederkommen!!!!
