About this property

2 bedroom appartment in luxury Beach & Golf Resort, Costa Blanca, Spain

Our appartment is placed in Oliva Nova Golf and Beach Resort. It is one of the best resorts in the mediterranean coast of Spain. It is on a third floor of a building of four, and you have amazing deep views as we only have villas in front of us. It is the right yellow building at the bottom of the main picture.
It has two bedrooms, one complete bathroom and a fully equiped kitchen.
It has a good terrace where we have all meals due to the fantastic weather.

Oliva Nova Golf & Beach Resort is really one of the best places in the coast of Spain to relax for holidays (olivanova.com). In the resort you have a beautiful beach so peaceful that you can place your towel in the very first line of sea anytime in the day. If you like sports, you have an amazing 18-hole court designed by Severiano Ballesteros, also tennis and paddle courts, and even an equestrian sport center. There are some restaurants and a mini-supermarket in the resort.
If driving, in 10 minutes you can go to a karting circuit, archeological caves and a big shopping mall (Portaldelamarina.org) with more than 80 stores, restaurants and cinema.

Lovely comfortable apartment. Highly recommend.  Everything works well. Good size rooms and great balcony overlooking gardens and pool. Beautiful views of the countryside from the front with fantastic sunsets.  This is a place where you can really chill out. It's amazingly peaceful and yet you are only 6 minutes walk to the commercial centre of the resort which has all your essentials and more eg pharmacy, supermarket restaurants etc. Oliva beach which is uncommercialised and natural is a five minute drive and if you want a bit more life but still very Spanish try Oliva Town (ten minutes drive) or for a bigger city (with fabulous beaches, spotlessly clean and soft white sand) try Gandia.  Gandia is about 30 minutes drive away. Thank you Raul for all the information and maps etc and for providing us with everything we needed including  a kettle for our English cup of tea.  A lovely relaxing stay (we also loved walking around the olive grove). We would definitely like to return next year.

Super vacances

Avons passé 3 semaines en famille, dans cette résidence sécurisée, propre et calme. Grandes plages de sable fin à proximité, petits commerces et restaurants. Tout était parfait. Raoul était disponible en cas de besoin de même que l'agence d'entretien qui s'est occupée de notre arrivée et départ. La mise à disposition des vélos et sièges de plages est un plus comme nous venions par avion. La vue est dégagée, la piscine est grande, très propre, sans contrainte d'horaire pour se baigner et quasiment personne. Le logement dispose de toutes les commodités, nous avons fortement apprécié la clim, tous les repas en terrasse. A recommander

Great property, nice holiday.

2 bedroom apartment with modern well equipped kitchen. Well located for the commercial centre where you have bars and restaurants - 5 minutes on foot. The pool is great - nice temperature. The only thing which would improve the property rental would be access to WiFi. All in all a very pleasant stay, and the owner was accessible for any queries. Thanks Raul!

Superbe appartement

Nous avons séjourné 18 jours. L appartement en résidence fermée avec parking privé correspondait exactement à l annonce. L appartement est très bien insonorisé avec la climatisation dans toutes les pieces, on peut manger sur le balcon du matin au soir, la vue est magnifique, la piscine superbe et nous l avions souvent pour nous 3. Raul à su répondre à toutes nos questions et nous avons apprécié la facilité pour la remise des clés au départ comme à l arrivée. L appartement est confortable et très bien équipé comme chez nous. Tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones, aparte de mobiliario, electrodomésticos y menaje. Disponible hamacas, sombrilla, tablas de surf, bicicletas... Urbanizacion tranquila, con piscina casi siempre vacía, centro comercial cercano. Paseo largo hasta la playa o mejor en coche. Playa muy amplia y no masificada, ni siquiera en Agosto

Nicht nur für Golfer sehr empfehlenswert

Die Buchung mit FeWo-direkt ist einfach und präzise. Unser Vermieter Raúl hat sich darüber hinaus umgehend gemeldet und die genaue Anschrift sowie die Schlüsselübergabe beschrieben und geregelt. Die voll eingerichtete Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und wird auch von Raúl und seiner Familie regelmäßig genutzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, konnten in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum herrlichen Strand laufen, haben mit dem Mietwagen die nahegelegenen Städte Oliva, Gandia und Denia sowie die Bergregion erkundet. Während zuhause der erste Schnee fällt werden hier im November die Mandarinen und Oliven geerntet. Frisches Gemüse und Obst gibt es direkt vom Bauern auf dem Wochenmarkt am Freitag in Oliva. Herzlichen Dank an Raúl für die schöne Zeit in Casa Raúl. Beate und Peter
