Detached rural bungalow, with sunroom, parking and enclosed garden

Hi - this seems to be a rather unbalanced review - the reason for using whatsapp was because the lead guest had a mobile phone registered overseas and was happy to therefore use mobile data to communicate so whatsapp was the obvious choice agreed because they were not at the cottage, which has unlimited wifi, all of the time. When the cleaner arrived at the arranged schedule they did see desktop screens in use and an office set up we were not aware of before, the other deduction was for the damage to the wallpaper. There were quite a few messages over the 8 weeks period inevitably, as we realised the lead guest was not actually staying there all the time and we needed to know who was there and just tried to ensure others in the team were familiar. Clearly this did not work well for the wallpaper as it was torn off when tape applied was removed. We had to wait 2 months for the decorator to be available to patch in the wallpaper damage with the spare matching roll. It was important to message after the cleaner's visit in e.g. reminding the guests not to leave socks drying on the heaters for your own safety. No-one suggested a chair had been stolen, when it was located, the £85 deduction for this was refunded. We would welcome you again for another project just ensure these areas are communicated on beforehand, and it seems we were just doing our best to adapt to a number of issues we weren't aware of in advance. The lead guest did say the team arriving before had sent them pictures and the cottage was very nice.
