The double bedroom also opens onto the terrace, guaranteeing a perfect connection with the natural surroundings. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob for preparing your favourite meals, and the complete bathroom has a shower for total relaxation. Additionally, it features air conditioning and free WiFi for your comfort.



The residential complex stands out for its four communal swimming pools (available depending on season) and extensive gardens with pathways and shaded areas, ideal for sunbathing or disconnecting surrounded by nature. The location is unbeatable, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and 2 minutes from the famous Parque de la Paloma, with shops, restaurants and bars within reach, plus a rich cultural offering to explore.



As we do in all other properties of our CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES brand, all our accommodation includes towels and bed linen. We have cots and high chairs upon request for babies aged 0 to 2 years. And all of this, absolutely FREE.



Likewise, guests of CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES can enjoy EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT upon request, provided the booking calendar and scheduled cleanings permit.

🔹 Mandatory deposit before check-in (refundable 48 hours after inspection).

🔹 Pets welcome upon request. A maximum of two pets per booking are permitted, with an additional supplement applied for each one not included in the booking. 🐾

🔹 Parties and noise during rest hours are not permitted.

🔹 It is recommended to take out travel insurance in case of any water restrictions decreed by the authorities.

⏰ IMPORTANT: Check-ins from 21:00 onwards incur an additional cost that must be paid at check-in.
