About this property

**New bathroom installed Feb 2022. ** New sun shade also installed.
The apartment is in a quiet complex with a beautiful swimming pool, toddler pool and well maintained gardens. The terrace is south facing. The kitchen is American style and has all necessary appliances including wifi, UK & Spanish TV, washing machine, dryer & microwave. Terrace furniture and garden/beach chairs are also supplied along with all linens. Beach towels available to rent for 5 euros each. In the main bedroom there is a superking size bed with zip up mattress which can split into 2 singles if required.
A key for the external gate will be sent to you and there is a keysafe by the front door with the apartment keys in it.
Please note that I will send you a rental agreement with a booking form. Activities in the area include: Golf, Tennis, Cycling, walking, paddle boarding & various other watersports, boat rentals, whale watching, Marjal Nature Reserve, Fishing.
Denia has an extensive array of bars, restaurants & activities to choose from. Ferries to the Balearics operate from the Marina. Explore the history of the old town and the Castle which offers panoramic views of the area. The beautiful town of Xabia is only 20 minutes drive away and Portal de la Marin Shopping Mall in Ondara is just a 15 minute drive away.
Valencia & Alicante are both an hours drive away. Hiring a car would be recommended.

Excellent!

We had a lovely 3 weeks in this very comfortable and well appointed apartment. There is a good choice of shops and restaurants nearby and the beach is only a five minute walk away. The garden area is peaceful and the pool is well maintained. We would definitely recommend this apartment and book again!

Very good place for Denia

Our vacation were a pleasure, the location is clean and close to the beach, Denia is at 10 min by car. The description is consistent. The garden is very beautiful and the pool is large. Only recommendation is the terrace facing south, so very hot at noon during the summer. It would be great to have more shade. It's perfect, I recommend. Thanks.

We are a family with 2 teenagers & live in Surrey UK.

Why they chose this property

We love Denia as it is an authentic Spanish Town with a cosmopolitan feel. Thre are so many outdoor activities to enjoy and the flat is perfectly located as it is not in the busy built up area of town and is right by the beach. It is very easy to cycle or get the bus into Denia but there are plenty amenities within walking distance.
There are many lovely local towns and attractions to visit and there is a great shopping mall just 5 miles away.
