About this property

Gulf Front- Immaculate 3 BR condo- 50 steps to the water!

1300 sq. ft. lower unit in a quadruplex, private laundry, LVP flooring throughout, new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops.

Master bedroom has a king sized bed, cable tv and ensuite bath. Second bedroom features two twin beds with cable tv and DVD. Third bedroom has a queen bed and basic cable. Across from these rooms is a bath with a tub/shower combination.

The living room has 2 leather reclining sofas. Another full size futon is located near the dining area. The dining area features a custom made crab cracking table crafted by a local artisan from 2000 year old sunken cypress. Seating for 8 with additional seating for 4 at the adjoining bar.

The laundry room has a combination washer and dryer unit in the master suite.

We also provide WIFI and free long distance so you can bring your laptop.

The sunsets are incomparable and the unit faces west to show them to their best advantage. With 4 bar height adirondack chairs to pull up to the deck bar, there is ample opportunity to appreciate the incredible views while enjoying a meal or cocktail. There are also two traditional adirondack chairs at the front entrance for those days when you want to watch the sun rise over the bay. We provide stackable resin adirondack chairs for use on the beach.

Awesome stay on Cape San Blas

The house had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable. Our host checked on us and made sure everything was ok. Beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. This is definitely a place we would love to visit again.

Perfect place to stay in Cape San Blas

This house was lovely! It was very clean, had comfortable beds, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the covered deck and the closeness of the house to the water. We saw dolphins several times from the deck, enjoyed walks on the pristine beach and our son had a lot of success surf fishing. We highly recommend this place!

We are the Jiles Family. We live in Villa Rica, GA near the University of West Georgia. We are all alumnus of Carrollton High School and have either acquired degrees from the University or are in the process of finishing these degrees. We have a daughter who is an RN and a son pursuing computer engineering. Both my husband and I are retired from GA Power generating company. This is a new adventure for us in the hosting business!

Why they chose this property

In May of 2016 we purchased this condominium from the Schlandt family. They had poured their hearts and efforts into this lovely beach getaway. We felt it was our privilege to continue caring for this special beach home and share our experience with others. This is our favorite location on the Gulf of Mexico, prized for its seclusion and unspoiled beauty.
In October of 2018, Hurricane Michael came ashore and devastated the area as well as our quad. Hence, everything is new!

What makes this property unique

Within walking distance of The Trading Post, fresh donuts, ice cream and coffee bars are available along with bait for fishing and sundry groceries for anything you may have forgotten. Mere steps from the beach, you are THERE as of walking down the stairs.
