Our stay at la Brocca

We had the most wonderful time at Marina‘s agritourismo. It’s a magical place located in the hills near Gubbio with stunning views and a big pool too cool off on hot days. Marina is the perfect host who always made us feel at home, had the best recommendations for restaurants and even took the time to teach our kids her craft of making mosaics.

relaxing in a large agriturismo

We had a very pleasant stay in this agriturismo. It was clean, spacious, quiet and Marina and Vittorio were always happy to help you with whatever was necessary. We enjoyed the coffee, local meat and wine we received for free. Marina could give us good information on what to visit in the neighbourhood or where to eat. The swimmingpool is large with lots of deckchairs and enough place to sit in the shade. The house had all the amenities needed (iron, large fridge, oven, microwave, cooker, washingmachine, wifi, etc) and if not, Marina would be happy to get it for you. Large Conad and EMI supermarkets are 10 minutes away, just before entering Gubbio. We have stayed at Marina's place for three weeks and went to visit a lot of cities. Gubbio, Orvieto, Spoleto, Fano (beach), Arezzo, Cortona. Except for Gubbio (nearby) al the places are in driving distance of 1 to 2 hours. Happy to come back one day!

Capodanno a Gubbio con amici

Ho soggiornato insieme ad altri 8 compagni di viaggio nel periodo di capodanno presso la casa di Marina. Appartamento bellissimo arredato con gusto ed immerso nel verde, accoglienza ottima, pulizia perfetta. Contatto da tenere in agenda!
