One mile north of the condo you’ll find the silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants there’s plenty for the avid shopper or diner! Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and complimentary beach service for each of its units (2 chairs, 1 umbrellas per condo)

This top floor 2 bedroom condo has even more room than what it seems! When entering the unit you will find the King master suite off the hallway with a full attached bath. Continuing down the hall you are greeted by a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony access. Located in the living room is a staircase leading up to the King Loft with a flat screen TV mounted on the wall and a full shared bath. The second bedroom is also located on the second floor with four twin beds.
