Conch is ready to Welcome Guests!

Sapphire blue water, white sandy beaches, amazing sunsets from your living room, and a luxury four-bedroom villa.

Everything you need for the perfect friends and family vacation. “Conch” features tropical colors in this remodeled spacious villa. Walk into the living room with direct Gulf Views including sunset views nightly. The open floor plan flows into the large dining area with seating for six. Continue into the TV area with a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, and iPod docking station. The large gourmet kitchen has all you need to make the perfect meal or just heat leftovers. Have your morning coffee at the breakfast nook featuring sliding doors overlooking the beach. The first floor features two spacious bedrooms and doors to the screened lanai overlooking tropical grounds. The first bedroom has a comfy king bed and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed also with a flat-screen TV. They share the spacious guest bathroom with a shower. The second floor also has two bedrooms. The Gulf-facing bedroom has amazing views from the corner window a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The Bay-facing bedroom has bunk beds with a comfortable queen on the bottom, and twin on the top, a Wii and a flat-screen TV, and its own private lanai with tropical views. Both bedrooms share a large guest bath with a shower and tub. Conch is the perfect vacation getaway.

Captiva Beach Villas is a four-unit Gulf to Bay Complex. Complete with a heated pool, hot tub, gas grill, picnic area, and boat dock. The dock has electricity, and water and can accommodate a 26-foot boat. Please contact our office for the dock fee.

Kingfisher Vacations will only book reservations up to 51 weeks in advance.
All our properties have contact-free check-in, no need to stop at the office (or a stop light none of those here)!

We loved watching the dolphins daily!!

The view from the living room and front deck is incredible! We saw dolphins every day and enjoyed the private beach. We have been to beaches all over, and found the prettiest shells here. I’d recommend the Mucky Duck for supper. It’s close and very good!

Love the location and the amenities. The beach is right there! Trees are getting bigger though and view may go away in a couple years. Close walk or bike ride to restaurants and water sports. We would love to return. Only suggestion is to make the white slatted overhang in front a more closed roof to give a break from the sun in the afternoon so you can sit out there. Nicely decorated!

Excellent property and location. It’s like you have a private beach. Shared pool with 3 other units was very nice as well. Bay side access via walkway. We’d definitely go back!

Solo unas sugerencias,.deberían eliminar de los cuartos el piso de alfombra, en algunos momentos le sale un olor un poco fuerte, y explicar que no es una casa, es un duplex, y son 2 lo digo porque fue el único inconveniente que tuve, el primer día fui a la piscina que pertenece a las 5 propiedad que hay en el lugar y me puse a oír música con mi CELULAR y el señor que estaba del otro lado EN EL 2DO DUPLEX vino a decirme que la bajara, y no estaba nada cerca de la piscina para poder escucharla, es mi simple observación.( NO A TODOS LES GUSTA COMPARTIR)Eso basto para hacerme sentirme toda la semana un poco incomoda. POR LO DEMAS, LA PLAYA BONITA, LA CASA BONITA, TODO EN SU LUGAR.

The property was perfect for our group. We had plenty of room, the house was well appointed and it was great to have the wagon, beach floats, umbrella's and chairs. We loved the easy easy walk to the beach and also the easy walk into town. It was just what we wanted.

Great location Within walking distance to activities. Great beach, right in front. Hot tub and pool were key. House shows a few signs of wear, nothing major dish washer shelf was broken, some delamination on bathroom cabinets again nothing major; just the kind of things that make you ask yourself " I hope they don't think I did this". Overall wonderful and large enough to distance yet socialize. A+ in my book This is place to relax.; Fort Myers beach this is not, much quieter than Sanibel.

Had a great stay at Conch. House is great and very convenient to everything on Captiva and the beach. Nice pool. We were the only people in any of the villas for several days so it felt like we had a private pool which was wonderful. Only thing I would change is it would be great if the property owners got new beach loungers.

Beach at your doorstep and walk to town - perfect!

Great location with the sound and full view of the ocean outside your door. House was extremely clean and updated, and really had everything we needed. Pool is just out back down a landscaped path. At night, you really feel peace and quiet of this location and the star gazing on the beach is fantastic. Couldn’t have asked for more from the property and the management team!

The house was great! However lower level not as nice as the rest of the house. The bedrooms are dark separated from the rest of the house. Our kids slept in bunks I’m larger rooms upstairs. The pool area is beautiful however with all of the trees and location of pool and gets very little sun during the day. The rooftop deck is amazing. Great views, sun all day long and a great place to hang-out, have a drink and talk. House was very well stocked and very clean. Be careful as they is a very crabby neighbor who likes to complain, but it was only our first two days. Great place for multiple families and far better value than the resort down the road.

Beautiful!

I feel like this house was so much more than we imagined! The pictures look good but the house is so much bigger in person. We had everything we needed with the beach across the street. Would definitely love to return to this exact house for another vacation!
