Beautiful 3 room quiet, top of villa, renovated 2018, secure parking

Large three rooms air-conditioned with balcony 5 m2. Very nice living room of 30 m², living room dining kitchen, triple exposure, (east, south, west), high ceilings, exposed beams. Two independent double bedrooms with closet and storage furniture. Bathroom with window, large walk-in shower and washbasin. Separate WC.
Private pool shared with the owners
Access only for registered travellers from 9:00 to 19:00.
Sheets optional € 25 per bed. set of 2 towels optional (15 € per person).

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, oven mixed: traditional and microwave and two ceramic hobs. Nice elevated position (top of villa), view of greenery and hills. Private parking in the closed property.
Close to St Paul de Vence and Polygone Riviera (5 minutes walk). Bus 15 minutes from the apartment and Nice Côte d'Azur airport 15 minutes by car.
Numerous amenities and leisure for a holiday stay near the Mercantour Natural Park.

My family and I had a fantastic time at the “wedge house.” This home was perfect for our short visit to St. Augustine. Quick access to Downtown and Flagler College. We especially appreciated the cozy beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and home cleanliness. The host, Jemery, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The Wedge home is our new home away from home.

Cagnes-sur-Mer

The apartment is exactly as described and as seen in the pictures. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Pascal is a great host. If you have any questions, someone is always there to help. The shopping mall and a bakery are within walking distance. Everything else, like beaches, you have to go by car. Unfortunately, the pool is not suitable for families with children who want to splash around and have fun. There are very strict pool rules. In addition, the entire pool area is directly in front of the hosts' living rooms. But we‘ve deal with it... Thank you for the week and for being so accommodating.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Thank you very much for the beautiful, relaxing vacation. We have enjoyed a very relaxing 2 weeks. Communication with the owner was easy. He also speaks English. I only speak German, but this was no problem with the translator APP. The welcome on the day of arrival was personal and very friendly. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, an extra toilet and a kitchen-living room. It was very clean and the furniture was contemporary. There is also an air conditioner, this is also essential here in the summer. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Refrigerator, oven with microwave, hob, washing machine. At the oven, our owner has even set the language to German. The location is very central. There is a shopping complex, bakery and supermarket nearby. All in walking distance. To the beach it is a bit further, here the car is necessary. Day trips to Monaco, Nice and Cannes are easy. We, 4 people, two adults and two children, also stayed in the apartment for a few days to relax. The pool is beautiful and could be used by us without any restrictions. The residential area was very quiet and relaxing. Who wants a party has to go to the beach. All in all a wonderful vacation, we can fully recommend the apartment

Our stay was amazing, and we're so grateful to the hosts for their hospitality and wonderful communication. The house is very comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. It's a stunningly quiet and beautiful place. The location is perfect: the embankment is nearby for strolls and cafes, and Nice and Monaco are all nearby, with a supermarket within walking distance. We'd happily return any time of year

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 12 und 14 Jahre alt) waren im September 2025 in dieser Unterkunft. Es ist alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Wohnung und der Pool sind sehr sauber und bestens gepflegt. Das einzige kleine Manko ist die Küchenausstattung, die nicht besonders üppig ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und reagieren sofort auf etwaige Wünsche bzw. haben wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Lage ist ideal für Städtetrips (Nizza, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco innerhalb von 30 Autominuten) und auch für einen Strandbesuch. Wir können diese Unterkunft rundherum empfehlen und werden gerne bald wiederkommen.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach wunderschön. Super Lage für alles Ausflüge. Sehr schöner pool. Die Vermieter sehr sehr nett und aufmerksam. Hier kann richtig zur ruhe kommen. Was vielleicht noch gut gewesen wäre, wäre ein schirm auf der Terrasse, denn hier ist durchgehend die pralle sonne. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Superschönes Ferien-Appartment

Wir haben 2 wundervolle Urlaubs-Wochen in der Ferienwohnung von Pascal und Anne genossen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die beiden sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und liegt absolut ruhig. Trotzdem sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie der Strand in der Nähe und gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gepflegt und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünscht. Wir können die vorangegangen 10-Sterne-Bewertungen absolut betätigen. Die Umgebung mit den pittoresken Dörfern ist sehr sehenswert. Gerne würden wir wiederkommen.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Sehr schöne und saubere Anlage. In der Nähe großer Supermarkt, Bäcker und eine Shopping Mall. Strand und sonstige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto innerhalb kurzer Zeit zu erreichen, jedoch im August sehr schwere Parkplatzsituation. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation war in Englisch als auch Französisch möglich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wundervolle Ferienwohnung bei sehr netten Vermietern

Wir können uns den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll und praktisch gestaltet. Der Pool ist traumhaft und man kann sich dort gut erholen und das schöne Wetter genießen. Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig zu vielen schönen Ausflugszielen und zum Meer. Einfach perfekt

Sehr schöne und gepflegt Ferienwohnung mit Pool. Sehr netter Vermieter der sich um das Wohl seiner Gäste kümmert. Zudem liegt die Ferienwohnung in einem zentralen Bereich Südfrankreichs und in der Nähe können einige malerische Bergdörfer besucht werden… Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, einfach perfekt….

Toller Aufenthalt und super Lage

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Super Ausgangspunkt für die Städte Monaco, Nizza, Cannes und sehr zu empfehlen Antibes. Das einzige was nicht vorhanden war ist ein Fernseher, was man aber auch nicht braucht im Urlaub. Für Kinder sollten Eltern an das Tablet denken ;) Das WLAN war sehr stabil und hat immer einwandfrei funktioniert. Sehr schöner Garten mit Poolanlage. Dusche und WC sind separat. Falls Betrwäsche selbst mitgebracht werden möchte, dann bitte vorab die Größe der Bettdecken beim Vermieter erfragen. Wir hatten glaube 2×2,4 m Bettdecken. Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns wirklich erholt. Danke für den super schönen Aufenthalt :) Kathrin und Familie

Sehr schöne Urlaubswoche

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in diesem sehr schönen Appartement. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und gepflegt. Es entsprach alles der Beschreibung. Auch der Poolbereich gefiel uns sehr gut. Pierre war ein super Gastgeber, hat uns herzlich empfangen und gute Tipps gegeben.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung von Pascal verbracht. Die Kinder waren vom Pool begeistert, wir von der Umgebung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen und toll ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider ist eine Woche viel zu kurz, um alles in der Umgebung anzuschauen. Pascal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Appartement, sehr nette Gastgeber

Appartement neuwertig in top Zustand, so wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Der Balkon ist gleichzeitig der Eingangsbereich und ist eher klein. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar mit Waschmaschine in der Küchenzeile. Der Pool und das gesamte Grundstück sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Pascal, der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und hat zahlreiche Tipps parat. Die Lage ist ideal um die Côte d‘Azur zu erkunden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker sind in der Nähe und in 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem, sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden wiederkommen!

Sehr schönes Apartment zentral gelegen

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Apartment. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Von dort aus kann man sehr gut die Gegend erkunden oder einfach due Seele an einem Tag am Pool baumeln lassen. Es hat alles gepasst!

Beautiful French Riviera

Sauberes, zentral gelegenes Apartement in Cagnes-sur-mer. Von hier aus ist man schnell in Nizza, St. Paul de Vence. Zum Meer sind es 3,5 km und in das lauschige Haut de Cagne 1,5 km. Pascal, der Eigentümer hat uns mit guten Tipps versorgt.

Wunderbar

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Da sich die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür befindet, kann man sich problemlos bewegen und die zauberhafte Cote d'Azzur entdecken. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Leider sprechen wir kein französisch, daher war die Kommunikation für uns nicht leicht.
