Downtown Phoenix attached 2 king bed rooms 1 bath suite

The is a private attached suite , with its own separate entrance and a covered carport for a vehicle.
We have a 2 bedroom/1 Bathroom/Living Room suite attached to our house that we are opening up to guests. Sleeps 4 guest comfortable
The 2 bedrooms both have King sized beds and big screen TV’s .
There is a comfortable living room area with a sofa ( not a sofa bed ) a sofa love seat and a recliner where you can kick back and watch TV and socialize with all other guests in your party. We are huge baseball fans, so you will see our baseball decor from Little League, High School, College and Professional.
The house is located in the heart of downtown Phoenix in a quiet family oriented neighborhood. We are located minutes away from many downtown Phoenix attractions such as Chase Field home of the Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball Team and Mortgage Matchup Center home of the Phoenix Suns Basketball Team .
We are also less than a mile away and walking distance to the Phoenix Convention Center , The Arizona Science Center , The Phoenix Children’s Museum and many great restaurants.
If you don't feel like walking or want to explore other parts of town in Phoenix the Light Rail station is located a block away. The light rail can take you to Downtown Phoenix but also can drop you off in Tempe for the Arizona State University College scene . Mesa . The Sky Harbor Airport Sky Tram takes you to the different Terminals at the airport.

Great location and comfortable

Stayed here to attend a volleyball tournament at the Phx Convention Center. It was a great location - everything walkable. Very comfortable beds. The apartment was as advertised. Appreciated the snacks, water and great coffee that the host provided complementary.We would stay here again.

Perfect Stay

Our stay in this adorable gem was comfortable from the moment we arrived. We were in town for a baseball tournament for our son and because this is a baseball family also, lots of relevant advice was offered that assisted us so much. The location is absolutely perfect and a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay again when our plans bring us back to the area! Thank you Liz for a wonderful stay!

Super Bowl and waste management open

Came to town for the Super Bowl and waste management open. Liz was an awesome host and we really enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to downtown Phoenix and was exactly what we needed. Would def book here again if I go to Phoenix again.

Phoenix getaway

Such a great place to stay. Our hosts were so friendly and made us feel right at home. We were within 20 minutes of mountains, restaurants and our family and friends. Comfy beds and delicious morning coffee on the patio. Don’t pass this site up!!!!

Fantastic VRBO!!

This place has it all. Great set up and full of little thoughtful touches. I always pack extra items and found they provided almost all of them. Amazing location and it was a quick & easy walk to Chase Field for a game. Liz, the property manager, was so nice too!! My family rated our stay 10 out of 10!

Concert at Chase Stadium

Perfect location to walk to Chase Field for a concert or if you are going to a Diamond Backs game. Liz was awesome making sure we had everything we needed.

I thought that the property was separate then the owners . It does not have privacy. But the host was great!!! The location was good for the reasons we needed this trip. And the owner was able to accommodate us with the ammenties we needed. Would stay if need be . The ac should have its own control separate control from the main house

Home-y, cozy stay with great neighbors and friendly vibes

Couldn’t have been happier with this stay. My friends and I were in town over a weekend for a marathon, and the space and hosts were perfect. Liz was friendly and welcoming, and the beds and couches were exactly what we needed. The bathroom clean and stocked with towels, the Keurig came with coffee, and Liz was kind enough to leave us snacks. Late one evening, my friends and I accidentally left our key at another friend’s house, and Liz graciously popped out from next door to let us in. We were also really happy with the parking situation - there was a carport adjacent to the “suite” and additional parking available in the culdesac. Thanks again for a nice stay; this will surely be the first place I check for future visits.

We are .9 miles away from the Phoenix Convention Center, Chase Field (D-Backs Stadium), and Talking Stick Arena ( Suns Arena).

Tons of restaurants and bars just a block farther.

Minutes walk to the Light Rail Station that can take you all over Phoenix and attractions such as Tempe, home to Arizona State University ( College Bars, shopping, etc.)
