My place is close to Children's Museum of Phoenix, Chase Field, Phoenix Convention Center, Pizzeria Bianco, Heritage Square, T-Gen and VALLEY BAR (all walking distance). The property is also perfectly situated near a major highway (I-10) and a 7 minute drive from the airport. You’ll love my place because of the location, the outdoors space, the ambiance, the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms include a California King, two queens, a queen-sized air mattress, and a full-sized futon. Private backyard close enough to hear baseball games from Chase Field!

Very spacious home with three separated rooms and plenty of shared living space. Perfect short walk to the convention center and downtown venues. I especially appreciated the outdoor seating area for sipping morning coffee. Kitchen and supplies were thoughtfully appointed.

This home is perfect! So clean and a great locations. The owners are great communicators and leave so many welcoming touches around the place including flowers, candy, water, supplies etc. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing trip and location was perfect. Just a 10-minute walk to Chase Field. House was great, beds were comfortbale and even had futon/blow-up mattress. Appreciated everything the owners did to make guests feel welcomed!

The host was very welcoming and we actually got to check in early thank god because we had a 6:30am flight. The house was nice and comfy. It had a lot to offer with the amenities inside the house. The only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of 5 was because the master bedroom bed was really firm. This was too hard for my husband and I. The other beds in the other 2 rooms were good. It was a quick stay for us as we just went to see the football game which we enjoyed. Other than that the host was very responsive and pleasant. Other than the bed (this was just our opinion ) I would recommend this house.

Comfortable home close to downtown

We will try to stay here any time we're in Phoenix -- very comfortable, spacious, and well-kept home for the four of us. Excellent kitchen, bathrooms, and open living room; backyard is superb as well. Just a short 10min walk to downtown and ballpark, with even closer proximity to some exceptional restaurants.

I was in town for a conference at the convention center. The house was clean, close and came equipped with everything including coffee, waters, plenty of towels. Would definitely stay here again.
