My family enjoyed our too-brief stay at this property. The hosts were extremely quick and helpful with communication. The house was clean with plenty of space for our group. Check in and check out processes were easy and smooth. We appreciated that the check out process was simple and did not involve a long to-do list. We would stay again if we return to the area!

Nice home! Very clean, comfortable beds, and the air conditioner worked great. Very close to everything downtown. It definitely is a diamond in the rough. The neighborhood a block away is a bit run down, but looks like some renewal is underway. Worked great for us!

Awesome place, awesome location, awesome host, and awesome everything. Kitchen equipments and amenities were impressive and beyond our expectations. Beds were comfortable. Hosts were prompt at meeting our needs with every communication. Will stay again if we visit Phoenix in the future.

Do not rent to this person. He uses the platform to have parties, the house was left a “pigs dive”. Beer bottles and a carpet was vomited and ruined with red wine vomit.
