Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.

This beautiful three bedroom and three bath unit has dazzling views of the 8,000 square foot three-tiered pool that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining, and kitchen area. This beautiful unit is in the G building on the top fourth floor.

The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with marble back splashes, and KitchenAid appliances. The dining room seats six with room for three more at the bar. The balcony has lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.


Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area is a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or enjoy a gathering with family and friends.


Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach Highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.

Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.

Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

Nice to get away but....

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious and nice but needs some updates. The master bedroom bed was not sturdy and the mattress is worn out. The dryer does not dry clothes, had to rerun a number of times to get the smallest loads dry. But the biggest disappointment was the beach. We will not rent here again primarily because of the the rental company. They take up every space possible on the small amount of beach there is for this many units in a condo complex. If you choose to rent a paddle board from a different company it is not allowed. This is ridiculous and goes against the fair business practices by creating a monopoly! I wish I could give a better review because the ocean was beautiful and we enjoyed visiting Santa Rosa Beach area.

Love the property, not the unit

We have been staying there for 7 years and now in 4 different units, this unit being the worst.There was nothing actually broken or worthy of contacting you during our stay but we wouldn't book this unit again. Like most units on site, they are aging. I believe the property is going on 17 years old and some of the units are really starting to show it. In G402 the patio and indoor furniture looked to be 17 years old with cushions the wife didn't even want to sit on, she literally wouldn't sit outside on the balcony. Inside furniture wasn't much better but the beds weren't awful. We did like the new countertop installed in the kitchen but that seemed to be the only update since the property was built.We consider Adagio a premium property but perhaps that is just a false image we created. 30a is a very nice, expensive, but enjoyable experience. At the price point of Adagio other newer properties are drawing our attention though we haven't been convinced to leave Adagio due to the amenities. However, without general upkeep and maintenance, we will only book again at Adagio if we sense a more updated unit is available.

Great vacation spot

The condo was awesome. My family and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable week. Check Blue Mabel and The Creamery. For Pizza got to Bud & Ally’s.

Didn’t get money’s worth.

This unit is beautifully furnished; however, the furniture is worn well past being remotely comfortable. The chairs, the sofa and the outdoor furniture were so worn, you sink to springs/frame upon sitting. It wasn’t comfortable or relaxing at all. The master bed was unstable and rocked and squeaked each time you barely moved. The master bed mattress was worn on both sides leaving a huge hump in the middle of the bed. My husband and I had aching backs after the first night. The floors in the unit were terribly dirty. The bottom of our feet were black within the hour we got there. There was no vacuum cleaner or mop in the unit, and it had obviously not been mopped in quite some time. The rugs were filthy. Absolutely filthy enough that we squirmed when walking on them. The baseboards and corners were caked with dust, dirt AND hair. It was just very dirty. At what point do you replace furniture and do a deep clean? It’s really not fair to expect guests to just deal with that. To top it all off, the gym floor was also disgusting - literally dust, sand and hair and dirt everywhere. No towels or cleaning wipes ever. We made the property manager aware of the situations and didn’t receive another reply or apology. Lastly, I’d recommend renting bikes right outside the complex at Big Daddy’s Bike Shop as they are MUCH cheaper. Also bring your own chairs and umbrella unless you’re okay with paying $45/daily to rent.

Soaking up the Sun and Serenity

The online pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful condo! Serene color scheme made the place so relaxing. Loved the small town vibe but close enough to drive to Destin if we wanted to.

Delightful Stay on 30A

A very well maintained, comfortable, and well appointed three bedroom three bath condo that provided plenty of room for the family to spread out and relax. The porch overlooking the pools was an added bonus. We loved the heated pool and easy access to the beach. Thoroughly pleased with our stay.

Only suggestions would be to provide more than one bath towel per person so we wouldn’t have to do so much laundry while on vacation. Also, the gym was very hot and would have been nicer to have some cool air while exercising. Not enough to make us stay away! Will be back!
