Cosy apartment with spacious bedroom, bed with quality mattrass, good kitchen with all necessary equipment (toaster, electric kettle, microwave oven, gas cooker), nice outdoor teracce and beautiful garden, full of flowers right in front the door!

Glorious residence!

Excellent accommodation, spacious and clean, with a large terrace. Five minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from the old town. Gordana welcomed us and was always at our service. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Gute Wohnung, nette Vermieter aber ...

Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet aber sonst gut. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Wir hätten uns nur gewünscht, dass man uns über die Baustelle direkt neben dem Haus informiert. Hier wurde von 8 bis 17 Uhr, von Montags bis Samstags mit einem großen Bohrhammer ein Keller in den Felsboden gestemmt. Die Wohnung, vor allem die Terasse, war durch den Lärm für uns daher nicht nutzbar, so dass wir uns am 2. Tag eine andere Wohnung vor Ort gesucht haben. Zwar wurde uns ein Teil erstattet, aber durch den Ärger und die Wohnungssuche ist wertvolle Urlaubszeit verloren gegangen. Ansonsten waren die Vermieter aber sehr bemüht und sehr nett. Ohne die Baustelle (für die die Vermieter ja nichts können) wäre der Aufenthalt sicherlich sehr schön gewesen.

Le calme à deux pas de la mer et du centre !

Un appartement de plein pied, calme, très fonctionnel avec de beaux volumes situé à une dizaine de minutes à pied du centre ville et de la côte. A l'avant de la maison, un espace pour garer sans souci sa voiture. Une hôte charmante. Des commerces, une pizzeria, un loueur de bicyclette à deux pas. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la grande terrasse bien abritée qui m'a permis de prendre mes repas à l'extérieur, même par temps de pluie. Rovinj jouit d'une position centrale en Istrie et permet de rayonner sur beaucoup de villes alentours (Porec, Pula...).
