Location
Rovinj. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the old town in Rovinj. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available in a public car park in the town (distance 200 m). The central town car park is free of charge in winter. In summer, a daily fee applies and availability cannot be guaranteed. In summer, however, the owner may be able to provide a free parking space near the accommodation for you to park your car (subject to availability). If you prefer this option, please inform us or the owner before your arrival.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich,nett und zuvorkommend. Da eine Klimaanlage anscheinend einen Defekt hat,hat er extra einen elektrischen Ofen bereitgestellt. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Ferienwohnung an sich ist auch wunderschön. Toll eingerichtet und sehr zentrumsnah...

Die Wohnung war verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Es liegt direkt am Rande der Stadt, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Strände sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung verfügt über die gesamte Ausstattung für einen Selbstversorgerurlaub, einschließlich einer Waschmaschine. Auch die Klimaanlage war willkommen.
