This lovely property overlooks the courtyard and has its own garden with shady dining/bbq area.

American style kitchen/dining room is fully equipped including a gas cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle.
Comfortable lounge area with flat screen TV (English channels if required)
The spacious bedroom can be set up with an additional cot or set up as a twin. (on prior request)
There is a modern shower room with wc, shower and washbasin. Bed linen is provided. towels are NOT provided.

The circuit de haute Saintonge is only a 10 minute drive the track François Cevert is one of the most beautiful outdoor trails in France for the practice of karting in all its forms. Also offering speed track days and competitions open to the public.

Walking and cycling from the Le Bruet is excellent with free mounting bikes available for guests. There is a large fenced 12m x 6m swimming pool with lovely views and reclining sun loungers. There is a games area with table tennis, table football, kids pool table, books and board games for children and adults.
