Seaton apartment is a stylish, modern apartment sleeping two people. Situated overlooking the mouth of the harbour and beach in Looe, the views truly are stunning. The apartment has a small parking space reserved at the back of the building and is a 5 minute walk to West Looe Square.
Internally the lounge, kitchen, diner is a modern and comfortable room from where the amazing views can really be enjoyed. The fully fitted kitchen in gleaming white has electric oven and hob, extractor, microwave, fridge with freezer box, dishwasher and toaster. The lounge is a comfortable space with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The dining table is situated in the windows so that guests can enjoy the views during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus afternoon tea, morning coffee and any other opportunity that can be fitted into the day! The dining table has two chairs.
The bedroom is a good size room with a large en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over, wash hand basin and WC. There is an airing cupboard with a washing machine in the bathroom. A useful storage area between the bedroom and en-suite ensures the property has plenty of clothes and suitcase space for guests. Seaton apartment has gas central heating throughout to ensure a comfortable stay all year round.There is a reserved parking space to the rear of the building for a small to medium sized car.
