Kitchen is very well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker. Two family rooms, both with cable tv. Mahogany deck off the back of the house with patio set and Grill. Hardwood floors throughout.

Property has 3 bedrooms (2 on second floor and 1 on the first floor) and 2 baths...sleeps 8 in beds. Master has1 king, 2nd Bedroom has 1 queen, 3rd Bedroom has bunkbeds and a twin w/ a trundle.

Window air conditioners keep the entire house cool on the hottest days. Ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms and the family room.

Parking for 4 cars in driveway plus street parking. Bathrooms have been completely remodeled with tile and marble....there is also a spacious outdoor shower.

Beach chairs are provided.

Shed to store bikes, fishing equipment etc.
