We have a wonderful convenient three bedroom, two bath condominium. It is the one of the nicest section of beautiful Surfside Beach, South Carolina! We would love to share it with you! Updates are done often!

Our smoke-free condominium is located on the first floor of a condominium complex with OCEANFRONT POOL. We have high speed wireless internet available for those of you who just can't leave your e-mail! Sorry, but we cannot allow pets or student groups.
Fresh & clean condo! Your week will not only be fun, but updated as well. It is important to stay in a condominium that makes you feel good. Vacations are suppose be to be nice. Come enjoy the convenient first floor location in this beautiful condo! We want to make your vacation the best that it can be.

Accommodations:
Master bedroom - King bed
Second bedroom - Queen bed new
Third bedroom - Bunk Bed (New Double Bed, Single Bed)
**Please note that the third bedroom is small, but it is perfect for children
In the kitchen I provide oven mitts, coffee maker/Keurig, toaster & kitchen rug.
Towels/sheets are provided for the number of guest you register. Bath mat's for the tub and bath rugs are included. I keep cleaning supplies, but you will need to bring all other paper products, detergents, soaps, and all personal items.
Please note that you will need to read & confirm you have read these instructions, so that you will have a happy landing, without any hiccups!

The condo was right on the beach with a great view of the seabirds and dolphins. Furnishings and linens were clean and comfortable. We stayed at two different condos belonging to the same owner who was responsive to our questions and couldn’t have been nicer.

We enjoyed all the condo had to offer. Melinda has anticipated all of her guests needs. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, and we enjoyed using the grills down by the pool. All the beds were very comfortable, which is a huge deal for our family. The living room had plenty of seating so we could enjoy relaxing together as a family. The porch was wonderful for all day relaxing soaking up the sun on chilly winter days. Loved the easy access to the beach! We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful week filled with great weather, amazing views, and lots of beach time! The property was clean and comfortable. Its location is fantastic! Right on the beach

The condo is well maintained and nice decor. We loved the convenience of getting to and from the beach from the first floor stairs and walk way. Easy walk to restaurants and pier.

Why they chose this property

I chose to buy a condo at Surfharbor. The complex is very well maintained with only 14 units and an oceanfront pool! The 3 bedroom condo's have views from the master bedroom and the den! I wanted you to feel at home in the condo! I continue to be a 5 star condo with VRBO!

What makes this property unique

The condo is ocean front (first floor unit) with great views and sounds. The condo is in a small complex so you feel as if the whole ocean is yours! Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, silverware and glassware. Keurig and round coffee maker, blender and toaster provided.
SURFHARBOR offers under building parking as well as street side parking. Parking is not assigned. We have an outdoor barbecue area with 3 grills.
Restaurants, bars, park, ball field,& music within 7 blocks restaurants within walking distance.
Enjoy the restaurants in Surfside to include River City, Sundown, Malibu's, Saltaire, Bubba's Fish Shak, Gracious Pig Smokehouse, Pizza Hyena, and the newest addition Chimichanga Ilama!
Check out Murrells Inlet for more dining options on the beautiful marsh overlooking Garden City!
