The Ground Floor has the main entrance, the kitchen all equipped of course, a "laundry room", one wc for guest, 1 smaller bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a wc and a shower, 2 bedrooms with double beds and their own bathroom with a bathtub.
All the bedrooms are looking on the seaside.
And there is the dinning and living room on the garden side.
The first floor has 3 others bedrooms, one master with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and wc.
The second bedroom with a double is on the garden side, with his own bathroom with a bathtub and wc.
The third room on the garden and seaside has a private little veranda, the bedroom has also one double bed and the bathroom is with a shower and a wc.
And there is a large living too ! but no kitchen on this level !
And there is lovely veranda on the seaside.
All the bedroom have their own tv with cable
There is an free WiFi.
The swimming pool and the garden are lovely and peaceful.
The sea in front of the Villa is very clean so you can have a swim but the children usually prefer the beach by 5 minutes by foot because of the sand !!

Große Villa, direkt am Meer mit großem Pool 🙂

Wir habem mit 12 Männern dort übernachtet. Toller Service durch die Gastgeber, die die Abholung vom Flughafen organisiert haben und auch vorher Getränke eingekauft haben, da wir spät gelandet sind. Zum Empfang gab es Platten mit griechischen Vorspeisen und Raki 😁 Top und Danke😁👍 Es gibt 6 Schlafzimmer in denen jeweils 1Doppelbett(keine zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten) steht. Eigene Badezimmer sind in jedem Zimmer vorhanden. TV Geräte sind auch in den Schlafzimmern. Matratzen waren ok,der eine konnte besser, der andere schlechter drauf schlafen, dass is nun mal so 😉 Grosse Küche (mit allem was man braucht)mit großem Kühlschrank und einem 2.Kühlschrank im Abstellraum. Das Gebäude ist schon älter, was ansich nicht schlimm wäre, wenn man ein paar Kleinigkeiten in Ordnung bringen würde. 1.Die Fliesen um den Pool und im Terassenbereich waren teilweise gesprungen und hochgedrückt,sodass bei Unachtsamkeit Verletzungsgefahr besteht. 2. Die Toiletten Brillen waren in einigen Badezimmer defekt, oder nicht mehr fest verschraubt. Ebenso die Stangen der Duschvorhänge und teilweise die Abfluss-Gitter der Duschen waren defekt. Alles nichts gravierendes, das mit geringem Aufwand zu reparieren wäre. Alles in Allem hat es uns gut gefallen dort. Im Umkreis von 500m sind genügend Bars und Restaurants, das Meer(Steinstrand) is direkt vor der Tür(Sandstrand 400m) Danke 🙂👍

Het was zeer goed ! Voor ons we waren met 12 jongere boys en deze villa was zeer geschikt groot genoeg sloten zwembad alles was goed zelfs om 06,00 uur s’nachts nog service helemaal geweldig rond uit !

Große Villa mit großem Garten und Pool, nur wenige Minuten vom Sanstrand entfernt. An der Sauberkeit der Villa könnte man noch etwas arbeiten.

Just don't do it

No running water when we arrived. It stopped running a further three times during the stay (not ideal with twin 1 year old girls). No hot water in one of the bathrooms. There was a rat which left droppings around the house - the owner told us it was our imagination (we have photo proof that it was not). The washing machine didn't work. The electrics fused downstairs each time we put the kettle on. The was no working light on the outside stairs so it was dangerous walking up to the second floor at night. They fumigated just before we arrived so there was an unpleasant smell in the house and we were constantly clearing up dead bugs. We eventually gave up and moved out.

Fabulous Villa

We stayed here as a family for my 60th birthday. It is a beautiful villa, fully functional kitchen with loads of utensils and cutlery. The decor was very nice and the location could not have been better. Plenty of restaurants and shops. The supermarket is a short walk and there is a shortcut next to the villa.

Our beautiful and pleasant stay at Villa Elini

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at the villa, 10 people (3 families). The landlords picked us up at the airport and they were friendly from the first minute on.The rooms were in great shape and nicely decorated and the garden and pool are very beautiful. They also peresented us with a gift.It`s much better than staying in a hotel, since you have peace and quiet and can eat and swim whenever you like and have privacy. The landlords were very friendly, cooperative and helpful. They also explained and orginazed a lot and checked by text to ask is everything is okay. We had a very enjoyable stay and will hopefully be able to go next year as well.

Lovely House with great pool and garden

The House is well located to the mainstreet, restaurants and Beach. The House is large, the kitchen is centralt located and the stoneoven in the garden were used a lot. We were 10 persons for 2 weeks and had a wonderful holiday. We can highly recommend this House.

Traumhafter Urlaub in Luxusvilla auf Kreta

Wir haben eine adäquate Unterkunft für unsere Kegeltour gesucht und sind in Marias Villa fündig geworden. Die Villa ist für uns 12 Personen perfekt eingerichtet gewesen. Auf zwei Stockwerken gab es 6 Zweierzimmer, die jeweils ein eigenes kleines Badezimmer hatten. Die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und mit neuem Mobiliar eingerichtet. Die Villa verfügt über zwei große Wohnzimmer sowie eine Veranda zur Meerseite hin. Den großen Vorgarten haben wir nicht einmal benutzt, weil der Garten hinter dem Haus unbeschreiblich groß ist. Es gibt dort sogar ein Baumhaus. Der Pool ist ebenfalls groß und zu einer Seite hin tief abfallend. Die Lage der Villa ist für eine Kegeltour perfekt, da ausreichend Platz zu den Nachbarn gegeben ist. Lautere Musik und lange Abende waren vollkommen unproblematisch. Von der Villa aus sind es nur ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum nächsten Supermarkt sowie einer kleinen Meile mit Restaurants. Die einzige „Schwäche“ ist aus unserer Sicht, dass direkt vor dem Haus kein Sandstrand existiert. Es lassen sich jedoch schöne Strände in wenigen Autominuten erreichen. Maria ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns günstige und zuverlässige Transfers zum Flughafen vermittelt und stand für sämtliche Anfragen während unseres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung. Check-In und Check-Out waren freundlich und unproblematisch. Insgesamt war unser Trip nach Kreta in dieser Luxus-Villa ein absolutes Highlight. Wir können die Villa und Maria sehr gerne weiterempfehlen!

Great house, great hosts, great fun!

During our stay we have enjoyed ourselves infinitely at the amazing villa. The host personally picked us up from the airport and informed us clearly about the house. The pictures do not lie; even from google maps you can see the sheer size of the house. The weather had been amazing, so the pool was perfect for swimming. Furthermore, the abundance of space gave each of us enough privacy and our own leisure time. The tv in the villa provided great entertainment, as the roland garros and the champions league final were both available to watch. The beds were made up nicely. One aspect of the house that could be improved are the showers. I am rather tall and the shower’s head hung low, so bending down is mandatory for anyone who is above 175 cm tall. Another little problem was the electricity. Luckily, the owners reacted immediately and sent two electricians who fixed it right up. These were small inconviences compared to the rest of the villa. The checking out time was very flexible thanks to the attentive owners. Acropolis is a recommended restaurant if you want to eat good pita gyros. In conclusion, everything was taken care of very well by the owners and the villa lived up to our expectations, if not more.
