This fully furnished apartment is a spacious one bedroom, one bath located over a detached garage. Our property is forested with Spencer Butte views, minutes from downtown Eugene. The main house is just steps from the apartment, if you have questions or need assistance. The apartment features a gourmet kitchen with an apartment size refrigerator/freezer and glass top range, hardwood floors and a heat pump for year around comfort.
