The “no alcohol “ is specific to college parties (we’re a college town) . Many guests have had beer or wine amongst themselves which is fine so long as it doesn’t turn into a frat party with outside guests at all hours of the night. Sorry for the confusion, wish you’d have communicated this desire as it would have been fine.

Awesome Time

Me and my wife had a great time, the location was comfortable and our time there was cozy. We did have to rush out in the morning but this was due to our timing not of the property owners. Overall I would definitely recommend a stay here, look forward to our next trip, and staying here again.
