The location was great. The home was lovely. The WiFi door was difficult but that was the only complaint. All else was excellent

The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, the Accademia Gallery, and countless great restaurants. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping every room cool and comfortable at night, which was much appreciated during the summer. The kitchen was well equipped and ideal for preparing breakfast or lunch each morning before heading out to explore. We highly recommend this property for anyone spending 3–4 days in Florence. A great base for seeing the city’s highlights!

We had a unique experience with the ceiling leaking in the bedroom really early the first morning (to no fault of the host) and VRBO was able to relocate us to another apartment.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 5 - three bedrooms, two bathrooms and sitting area with kitchen. It is located on the 2nd floor so some stairs to climb, no elevator. We easily walked everywhere from there and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The hosts were very attentive to inquiries and once we realized passport photos were the required ID for the check in process - we were all set. Would definitely recommend!

This is a great location to stay in Florence. It is very close to the Duomo, Uffizi, and Santa Croce with still feeling like you are away from the tourist areas. The host is very reachable and ensure you feel at home. The rooms are a decent size. We had five people and it was enough room. Kitchen had everything we need and there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I will stay here again the next time I return to Florence.

The property was high for what was offered. Overall just very cheaply run but it was a good location. The beds did not have any comforter just a single blanket so we were all using towels to stay warm. There was not even body soap, much less any form of shampoo or conditioner. I am 5 foot 2 inches 110 pounds and had trouble fitting. There was no paper towels or dish towels or dish soap. They required us to sort the trash and take it out (which would be fine if on the same street but the trash location was over three blocks away). We had trouble finding working plugs in the unit which made getting ready a hassle. They have a book for things like frequently the lights do not work (which is not considered an emergency for them to come out). We also found the wifi didn’t work welll - there are two WiFi’s but neither worked great. There are two of the same address on the same street so it was very confusing on first arrival. The host said they offered late check out but upon inquiry of even an hour later check out and willing it pay it was denied. The whole payment process for this property was a huge headache. They do not run through vrbo itself it’s a third party app after you put your credit card into vrbo which I wish I knew in advance as i would’ve selected another property. Good location but not worth it.

Thank you for being our guests and for your review. I'm pleased to know you appreciated the location. This season in Italy is a middle one and we don't put duvet on the beds yet. But they are at our guests disposal in each room, so I don't know why you used the towels..We provide a welcome kit for our guests arrival made of a couple of toilet paper rolls, hand soap, dish soap (it was present!), a sponge, a kitchen towel, some pods for the washing machine, trash bags, some tea bags, sugar, and coffee. But as a short term rental, according to the Italian law, we cannot provide anything (even the toilet paper!) so we think it's a thought for our guests to leave at least a welcome kit. We are not an Hotel and have different rules. Just for your information. I'm sorry plugs did not work. We check everything before our guests arrival, but you should have told us so we could have send an electrician to fix them. Same thing for the wifi.. But you did not inform us .We provide a book, to help our guests in case they need info about the apartment and the area, and usually it's very appreciated. It's not us who have 2 same address in the same street, that's how it works in Florence: we have 2 different numbering, the black one for apartments and the red one for activities. That's why it happens to find twice the same number, but with an R close to it. This is part of our culture and history. We are pleased to offer a late check-out when possible ,and it was not. Regards

My husband, son and I spent four wonderful nights in Florence. What a magical city! And what a great home base to stay to see it all! Our apartment was clean, air conditioner worked great, and spacious and comfortable to rest our tired legs at the end of the day; had everything we needed. The management office was accommodating, replied swiftly to any questions, and clear with instructions; very easy stay!
