The spacious and fully renovated villa features a very beautiful and cozy furnishings throughout. The large living/dining room boasts a panoramic window with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, a TV, and satellite TV with international channels. This room also has an exit leading to the patio and the swimming pool area.
There are two double bedrooms, each equipped with panoramic windows. The first bedroom has a double bed and a fan, while the second bedroom has two beds (each 90 cm wide) and a fan. The kitchen/living room is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also has a dining table and an exit leading to the patio and the swimming pool.
The villa has one bathroom with a corner bath, shower, and WC. The floors are made of natural stone, and the furnishings are in a comfortable country house style.
