Great villa

Great location about 10 mins walk from the old town. Ideal if you want a quieter holiday as you’re away from the crowds but can easily get to the old town and beach (10 mins and 25 mins walk respectively). Villa is great. The pool is a salt water pool which entertained 3 teenagers and a tweeenager for a week easily. The only issue is the place is so nice you don’t want to go out all week!! Make sure you take an apple or some carrots for Sheshe the horse in the field next to the Villa.

Alcudia villa

The property was as good as the pictures showed. We were very comfortable there. The property was very clean and the facilities were very good. The swimming pool was very clean, but be aware it is not heated, so it was cold when you get in if you go like we did in November, but that did not put us off using it. The area is very quiet and if you are on foot the beach and town are about a 15 min walk. There is a Lidl and other supermarkets within a 15 min walk, which we used and was reasonably priced and stocked. We have booked to go back to Alcudia in May 2025, but unfortunately, this villa was not available.

Extremely peaceful

I stayed here on May 10th - 15th in a group of 8. It’s a beautiful villa with gorgeous surroundings. It felt extremely peaceful whilst being a pleasant, walkable distance into town. It’s easy to drive to other parts of the island within an hour so Alcúdia is the perfect location. We felt right at home, the space was really clean and had almost everything we needed for our stay. The pool and outdoor shower is a great addition too! My only complaint is, the lack of hand wash, washing up liquid and no kitchen/not enough toilet roll. If you’re checking in late like we did, try to grab a few of those essentials ahead of time but that’s very much a nitpick. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Mallorca.

Wonderful villa in perfect location.

Perfect villa in the most wonderful location, very quiet and relaxing. 10 minute walk into Alcudia Old Town which was lovely for eating out and had some really good shops and a supermarket. The villa is about 30mins walk from Alcudia centre and marina and about 25 mins from the waterpark. If I'm being picky I would say the villa needs its own recycling bins as we did need to take our bins out and walk up the road to the village bins daily. But it did not spoil our holiday at all. Nothing else to complain about!

Lovely location

Lovely location, close to amenities, restaurants and bars. Nice property with good facilities The Air conditioning didn't work at night when all bedroom air conditioning units were on. Although the hosts were quick to respond and send a technician to look into this, sadly the issue was not rectified and this sadly impaired our overall holiday experience.

Die Villa Coira ist ein traumhaftes Haus

hier stimmt Alles!

The service from Homerti was excellent from start to finish. I contacted them a few times before we travelled and they were most helpful and reassuring. The transfer they organised was fantastic and without problems, the driver was lovely and we were collected from the airport and picked up from our villa on time. I would definitely recommend Homerti and hope to use them again myself in the future.

Woning was heerlijk vertoeven.
