This newly renovated condo is located on the inter-coastal, one block from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops, hotels, etc. Beautifully maintained grounds and pool, gated entrance, ground level unit with convenient and designated parking. Enjoy easy living in this fully furnished updated &clean unit. Sit out by the dock and watch the yachts go by or catch the spectacular sunsets! Our complex is run very well and safe. The association requires a background check on all renters prior to accepting a reservation. ($100 processing fee)

The best place ever!!!

We stayed for 2 months. The place is perfect. So close to the beach and all cafes, restaurant, shopping Las Olas downtown. The water Taxi, gold cart rides. We hardly drove our car. John was excellent and the area and neighbors the best. The view from the condo just watching the yachts passing by everyday was magical. We can't wait to go back again. This place is just amazing. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay there. Peter & Blanca

Great location-walk to beach, right on waterway, clean, private, updated. Nostalgic Ft Lauderdale!

Had a wonderful stay in this property. Loved the location close to everything! Property is lovely! Owners take excellent care of the property. Would definitely like to come back and stay again! Thanks for a lovely stay!

We have been going down to Ft. Lauderdale for over 20 years. In 2014 we purchased a unit At The Surf Club. We are very familiar with the area and love this location! The view is spectacular, but the unit was a little dated, so we spent a year completely remodeling it! We have had many happy memories here over the years and we hope you will too!

Why they chose this property

This truly is one of the best locations in Ft. Lauderdale. Spectacular views, lovely swimming pool, short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. Easy living... no stairs or elevators, parking is close and convenient.
