Excellent townhouse, seamless communication before our stay, thanks to Angela and Simon. Everything has been thought of in the house and this made our stay enjoyable. Pool was lovely, even has chairs to take from the house so there's somewhere to lay down. Highly recommend.

Great Villa

We stayed for 2 weeks. The villa was lovely and located in a peaceful, residential area. All the locals were very friendly. The pool was close by and well maintained. Would definitely stay again. I would recommend hiring a car though to get around and visit surrounding areas such as the beach, supermarkets, La Zenia Boulevard.

Lovely Area, very Quiet.

Had to use a lot of Taxi's when we were there, a very Residential Area with no Amenities within it, Villamartin Plaza is about 45 Minutes walk away and that's it for the local Area.

Hi Andrew, I think you mean La Zenia Boulevard, as our property is a 15 minute walk from Villamartin Plaza and village centre. There are plenty of amenities in Villamartin, including a pharmacy, shops, bars and restaurants. There are further bars and restaurants even closer to the property. La Zenia Boulevard is a 45 minute walk away. Thanks for your message. We’re really pleased that you loved our property and enjoyed the area and look forward to welcoming you back again.

Relaxing holiday

Lovely and quiet location easy walk to Villamartín Plaza the community pool was lovely sometimes we were the only ones there. I would recommend hiring a car as places you would want to go to were out of the way but otherwise it was lovely.

One of the best houses we have stayed in. Absolutely everything you could possibly need, from beach chairs and cool boxes to kitchen utensils ( and plenty tea towels! )Like home from home! Pool was lovely , very quiet , a truly great location for exploring; recommend Cartagena , Murcia, Guardemar del Segura, and favourite beach Cala Capitan. Loved meeting the parakeets whilst sunbathing on the rooftop solarium. Would recommend 100%

summer 2024

Repetiremos seguro.
