In dead end, quiet residential area, beautiful contemporary villa very well equipped, with pool and private parking located in Lomas Don Juan in Orihuela Costa, with 2 bedrooms including a master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room. The second bedroom with dressing room and separate bathroom. Space bright and spacious living room with open kitchen and equipped.
Outside deck with gas grill, garden furniture, deckchairs, umbrellas ...
Solarium 79 m² on the floor with a beautiful sea view.
All on a wooded fenced 239m² south west and not overlooked.

Most of the sector, many beaches are nearby (Campoamor, Cabo Roig, La Flamenca, Punta Prima ..), the largest shopping center in the Zénia boulevard with many shops, restaurants, games for children, entertainment every days from 20:00. The natural park in San Pedro Del Pinatar where you can admire the flamingos and 3 international golf course 800 meters away. (Las Ramblas, Campoamor, La Finca). And another nice tour, (the city of Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante).

We had a wonderful stay, the villa was very clean and very comfortable.Lovely private pool and garden area to enjoy the sunshine and dining.We were welcomed by Gleny and her husband who gave us a tour of the villa.Only a few minutes by car to the beachWe would definitely stay here again.

Another fantastic stay

Another fantastic stay in this lovely villa. Immaculately looked after - everything was just perfect as usual. Such a relaxing place to have a holiday. Location for us is great - peaceful and secure but just a short drive away from so many amenities. Look forward to retuning again soon!

Excellent holiday

Had a lovely time at the villa which was exactly as described. Well equipped, clean and modern. It’s in a quiet location and within walkable distance of bars and restaurants and to go further afield you will need a car. Excellent communication with the owner and any issues were dealt with promptly by the local contact.

A perfect stay from end September till mid October

The house was great and met all expectations. It was clean, modern, and had all the facilities for a relaxing vacation. Because of the time of the year, the temperature was excellent: 28, 29, 30 degrees. Less then 300 meters there was an new restaurant with an extended choice on the menu and very cheap. The beach is not far away. Really a place to come back again.

Overall faultless. Lovely villa. Nothing to complain about. You will need a car due to location, however it’s so nice you don’t need to go anywhere just chill by the pool.

Le lotissement est très calme mais à proximité de tout, le parking est en retrait devant la maison.Petit problème avec la machine à café mais qui a été remplacée le lendemain.Nous y retournerons dès que possible !

Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison de Viviane et je la recommande sans hésitation. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants 7 et 2 ans. La maison si situe dans un quartier calme et à 5/10 minutes de plages, restaurant, boutiques, commerces en voiture. La maison est juste top bien équipé, propre. Pas mal de choses à voir à moins d'une heure et visité entre Alicante, Carthagène, Torrevieja vous aide quoi faire.Je remercie encore Viviane et j'y retournerai avec plaisir M.

Ein schönes kleines Haus mit Pool und kleinem Garten

Vom Check-in bis zur Abreise alles perfekt. Etwas abseits gelegen, dafür ruhig und mit Parkplatz. Zum Ortskern oder Strand benötigt man auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Viviane) war super klasse.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir sind zum 2. mal hier gewesen und fanden es wieder wunderbar. Ein schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Umgebung und viele schöne Strände schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Zona estupenda

Zona estupenda con todo cerca en coche. Zona muy tranquila. La casa está bien. Le falta menaje y lo que tiene hay que renovarlo. La casa es perfecta para 4 personas. La piscina es pequeña pero suficiente para un remojón, solo la limpian 2 veces en semana, se ensucia bastante por el viento y plantas. La limpieza no cuesta lo que cobran pero bueno. Tanto la dueña como Jeny atentas

Spanish suburbia

Introduction to the villa was helpful. The villa was very comfortable with good access to private outdoor space as well as to natural areas around the villa. The villa allows for lots of light and fresh air; has a good BBQ, and a well maintained pool. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cutlery. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. The location was excellent for accessing restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance as well as by a short drive. A car is absolutely necessary for access to the beaches and major inland and coastal towns--all of which were worth more than a single visit. The owner of the villa was quick to respond to our questions and came to our aid when there was a mechanical malfunction of the fridge. Some learning adaptation was needed to operate the stove and microwave initially as we are from North America, do not speak Spanish and had not encountered the particular operating system for either appliance. The villa's reliable Internet connection allowed us to solve the problems we were having. Concerns: Having ant spray is desirable as the unit is on the ground floor. Repair of the sun umbrella is necessary as the cord does not keep the umbrella extended, and consequently made use of the rooftop terrace unusable during sunny days and early evenings. All in all, we had a great time at the villa and enjoyed its central location to historical places and cultural events along the Costa Blanca. Thanks Viviane and Jenny!

Een moderne schone woning, voorzien van alle nodige comfort. Zeker een aanrader

Toen we arriveerden stond Jenny ons al op te wachten. Ze gaf ons een rondleiding door het huis en de tuin. Het huis is modern, schoon en van alle comfort voorzien. De bedden liggen uitsteked, de koelvries combiatie is ruim en natuurlijk is er de niet te missen airconditioning om goed te kunnen slapen. We hebben een uitstekend verblijf gehad en gaan proberen om volgend jaar weer terug te komen.

Det er en rigtig fin bolig til en familie med 2 børn. Poolen har en fin størrelse. Man skal helt klart have bil, da man skal køre til alt.

Séjour agréable et proche des plages

La maison de Viviane est idéalement situé de part les plages de la Zenia et dehesa qui se trouvent à moins de 5 minutes et torrevieja en moins de 13 minutes. Des supermarchés sont situés à moins de 1 km et de nombreuses activités affluent tout autour. La maison est très bien équipé avec une piscine privative dans le jardin, un plus pour profiter au calme en famille avec enfants. La climatisation est également de la partie et les deux chambres sont biens spacieuses. Très bonnes vacances à venir pour vous tous. Réservez sans hésiter ! Nous étions deux parents de 38 ans avec une petite fille de 2 ans et un garçon de 8 ans.

Amazing location - beautiful property

We found the villa to be even better than the photos! Super clean - well equipped. Location was great so close to local shops and the beach. The selection on UK Channels on the TV was great as was the Wi-Fi. The pool was perfect and the garden the outside space was fab. Cannot wait to book a return visit.

Perfect holiday

We were greeted by very friendly caretakers, who explained everything we needed to know. We found the villa and its outside area to be clean, and well maintained. It was well equipped with comfortable furnishings and comfortable beds. The villa was in a quiet location and was well secured so we felt safe. We were worried that we may have been cold in the evenings as the temperatures drop down in the winter months, but we found that the aircon/heating unit kept us warm and cosy at all times. Internet and TV reception for our English channels was first rate. Coast and supermarkets were only a minute drive - you do need a car. Communications with our caretakers and host has been quick and easy at all times. We had no need for assistance, but felt that it would have been provided if it had been necessary. What more can we say, we had very nearly 3 weeks in this villa with no complaints at all. We had a wonderful relaxing winter break in this lovely little villa and the weather on the whole was better than we could have hoped for 16 degrees on a bad day 22 on a good one. Compliments all round.

We had a great stay in this very comfortable villa. Loved the garden and the huge solarium. My only small gripe was that I didn't see anywhere that to have the pool heated needed to be arranged in advance and would incur an additional charge. Perhaps I missed it.

Una estancia estupenda!

Hemos disfrutado muchísimo en esta casa. Todo era exactamente igual a las fotos del anuncio y estaba en perfectas condiciones. La casa estaba situada en una zona muy tranquila y a 4 minutos en coche de la playa más cercana. Viviane estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo y hemos podido comprobar cómo cuida todos los detalles para garantizar una estancia de calidad. Sin duda repetiremos! Una casa genial, en una zona tranquila y cómoda, con una anfitriona detallista y pendiente de todo.
