Nice place to stay

This property was very close to the Materdei metro sop making it easy to get around Naples. The property has all the necessities and then some, as well as two grocery stores very close by. If you prefer to dine out then there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

I would look for no other accommodation if visiting Napoli.

It was a very pleasant stay. Rosa, the owner was very helpful and prompt with replies and support during our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, newly refurbished and very well located away from the city centre noise, however, very easily connected to any tourist location and airport. I had a top-notch experience 5 * :).

What you see in the photos is what you get. Rosa is very helpful when asking questions and recommendations. The apartment is on the ground floor. However there are about 10 steps to climb. It's a 10 min walk from the underground and a 25 min walk from the city centre. You will find 2 supermarkets jut around the corner where you can buy fresh food and essentials. We found the apartment nice and clean with all the essentials needed.

Nice place in quiet neighboorhood

Nice place to stay. Just few streets from underground/ metro. Good communication. Very clean and complete (one thing we missed was something to cook tea in). New kitchen (inclusive washing machine) and bathroom. Even a balcony. Highly recommended

Escape from the hordes

Wonderful, helpful, friendly hosts who helped make our week-long stay comfortable and efficient. We enjoyed the short Metro ride to get away from the crowded streets in the center; by the end of the week we felt like locals. Also liked being just a few minutes walk to La Sanita, an earthy, up and coming neighborhood. The apartment has plenty of room, was spotlessly clean, and has a very functional kitchen and a nice balcony. All in all, a great place and only a few minutes from all the action.

Perfect apartment in a really handy location for getting around the city. Materdei metro station is a short walk away. Really well stocked supermarket just around the corner. The apartment is really clean and on the ground floor so good for those with mobility issues. Just a few steps leading up to the door! Lovely family that own the apartment and will give you the warmest welcome

Perfect apartment in Naples

This apartment has everything you need for a splendid stay in Naples: - extremely friendly, hospitable, helpful, and cooperative host! :) - only a short walk to the subway which brings you to the historic city center & museums in just a few minutes - despite the short distance to the city center, the apartment is still located away from the noise & party area which gives you a nice quiet sleep - several grocery stores in the area To sum up: You will hardly find a better place to stay in Naples - I will really recommend this apartment to everyone! :)

Estuvimos una semana a finales de julio en este apartamento, su propiefaria, Rosa, nos atendio fenomenal en todo. El apartamento esta de estreno, nos encontramos muy comodos en el, con aire acondicionado (muy importante en estas fechas en Napoles). Bien comunicado con el centro y con los sitios historicos a visitar. Nos gusto conocer el barrio de Materdei, muy popular, con sabor y solera. En definitiva, el apartamento es muy recomendable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement neuf, propre et situé dans un quartier proche du centre, mais plus calme et relié par le métro Materdei. Les propriétaires, adorables, ont été très accueillants. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.
