The house is new, is located in one of the most beautiful places of Phuket, near the beautiful beach of Nai Harn. The building is modern and overlooks a beautiful garden and a fantastic pool. Everything is nearby: restaurants, etc.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

We will be at the property for check-in and check-out.
We are at your disposal in case of problems during your stay.
A deposit of 250 euros will be asked upon your arrival, it will be returned to you upon your departure.
Electricity is not included in the rental price, electricity is not expensive at all in Phuket, only 5 baht from Kw.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace and balcony.
Flexible entry and exit times if possible.
No extra charge for additional guests if the maximum capacity of the property is respected.
