The grounds were stunning, the staff were friendly & helpfull in what ever you needed to know.
The grounds were stunning, the staff were friendly & helpfull in what ever you needed to know.the lake needs thd lilly pads thinned out, although i did manage to catch over 70 fish, mainly carp a few tench with a few roach. All the fish were pristine, with the odd fishes mouth disformed, due to fisher peopld not knowing how to handle fish or just bullying them, once hooked. Days out are great, plenty of places to visit & explore.

The cottage was comfortable clean and well located for a getaway from town and city life.
The cottage was comfortable clean and well located for a getaway from town and city life. The holiday was value for money.
The only set back with the cottage was the lack of equipment in the kitchen, ie: no glasses of any type (water, wine).
