Step inside and be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and all the necessary appliances and utensils to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table or step outside to the patio and fire up the grill.

After a day of exploring, retreat to the cozy living room where you can enjoy the smart TV with cable or hang out on the back patio and enjoy the outdoor living space. Stay connected with the high-speed WiFi, or take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer.

Just a 5-minute drive away, you'll find the iconic Hotel del Coronado, and Petco Park is just a 9-minute drive from your doorstep. Or you can hop on the Coronado Ferry to downtown San Diego. Pedal around the island on the beach cruisers we provide. Soak up the sun at the beach with the towels, chairs, toys, etc. that we provide and create lasting memories in this charming Coronado retreat.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of sheets or towels in the washing machine prior to departure. This helps get our cleaning process started.
Please put all indoor trash in the outside containers. Please put out the trash for pickup if you are leaving on a Friday. (or a Saturday in case of a Monday holiday week).
Please power off all electronics. Please put all the outdoor seat cushions in the garage. Please ensure all the bikes are back in the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please observe quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am.
Please do not disturb the tenant in our studio apartment

Our house is in a quiet neighborhood in Coronado and a short walk to north beach and Sunset Park. The home is well stocked with everything you would need on your vacation. The home has lots of outdoor living space. A perfect family beach get away or to stay for a conference at the Hotel Del or San Diego Convention Center
