Lovely, peaceful location

Everything was very straightforward: booking process, contact with owners etc. Nice welcome pack as we arrived. A very well located property with 3 en suite bedrooms and a roomy lounge area. Facilities were very good e.g. kitchen area, crockery and cutlery, dishwasher, dining table etc. Two minor negatives: a change of towels in the middle of a 7 day stay would be good, and perhaps some attempt to clean the bbq grill. We along with others bought disposable bbqs. Overall, a very pleasant week! Many thanks!

Great weekend away

The property is in a lovely location close to the high street but far enough for it to be quiet. Beds comfy. Kitchen fully equipped. Only criticism is the sofa isn’t very comfy and it rained all weekend so we were indoors a fair bit of the weekend so a comfortable sofa would have made it perfect. That being said. We will rebook and take advantage of the boat hire if the weather is better. Was a nice weekend away

Fantastic modern house right in the centre of Wroxham

We will definitely be back to stay in this house. It’s really modern and well done. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is fantastic. Right in the thick of things on the marina with views up the broads. It was great to watch the boats go by in the early evening from the balcony. Wroxham in mid summer holidays is really busy and parking is a premium. This property has plenty of parking but is only 5 minutes walk from the town centre. Check in was really easy and Covid friendly. Barnes Brinkcraft have other properties which look equally as nice.
